Abstract: A fraud detection method for use in an in-vehicle network system including a plurality of electronic control units that communicate with one another via an in-vehicle network is provided. The method includes receiving at least one data frame sent to the in-vehicle network, verifying a specific identifier in the received data frame only when the received data frame is event-driven data and a state of a vehicle having the in-vehicle network system mounted therein is a predetermined state, detecting the received data frame as an authenticated data frame when the verifying is successful, and detecting the received data frame as a fraudulent data frame when the verifying fails. The predetermined state of the vehicle is the vehicle traveling.

Abstract: A method includes capturing images with an image sensor while switching the shutter speed of the image sensor between a first speed and a second, higher speed. When a captured subject is a barcode, a barcode image is obtained when the shutter speed is the first speed, and barcode information is obtained by decoding the barcode in the image. When a captured subject is a light source, a bright line image including bright lines corresponding to a plurality of exposure lines included in the image sensor is obtained when the shutter speed is the second speed, and a visible light signal is obtained as visible light information by decoding a pattern of the bright lines in the obtained bright line image. The method also includes displaying an image obtained through capturing performed when the shutter speed is the first speed.

Abstract: A congestion control method includes determining whether congestion occurs by monitoring a network, receiving an interest packet including a name of content data that is requested to be sent, generating a first NACK packet indicating an occurrence of congestion if it is determined that the congestion occurs when the interest packet is received, and sending the generated first NACK packet to the network. In the generating of the first NACK packet, if first alternative content data which is an alternative of the content data corresponding to a name included in the received interest packet is stored in a cache of the router, information regarding the first alternative content data is set in the first NACK packet. At least one of the determining whether the congestion occurs, the receiving the interest packet, the generating the NACK packet, and the sending the NACK packet is performed by a processor of the router.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for configuring subframes for uplink/downlink communication for a mobile station (UE) not supporting dual uplink but located in a communication system supporting dual connectivity. The UE is connected simultaneously to two base stations via a respective communication link. An uplink transmission pattern is determined, defining whether subframes are usable for uplink communication to the first or second base station or for switching the uplink communication between the two communication links. Based on the determined uplink transmission pattern, and further based on configuration of the mobile station for supporting dual reception or not, a downlink reception is derived for downlink communication between the two base stations and the mobile station, the downlink reception pattern defining whether the subframes are usable for downlink communication from the first or second base station or for switching the downlink communication between the two communication links.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and media for managing a plurality of target devices are provided. A voice command is received by an input associated with a first target device. The voice command includes first voice information and indicates an operation instruction. The first voice information includes identification information. The first target device is specified by referencing a database in which the identification information and a device ID of the first target device are associated. It is determined whether the voice command includes second voice information that identifies a second target device as an operation object for the operation instruction. When the second voice information is not included, the first target device is caused to execute the operation instruction. When the second voice information is included, a control command is transmitted to the second target device for causing the second target device to execute the operation instruction.

In in the receiving, image data is obtained by capturing the subject with an exposure time, the signal is obtained by demodulating a bright line pattern, and the bright line pattern is caused to appear in the image data by setting the exposure time to be less than or equal to 1/480 second.

Abstract: When a handover request for performing a handover of a terminal (70) from a macro cell C1 to a CSG cell C2 is received from an SeNB 10 (S8), a base station (TeNB) (40) of the CSG cell C2 transmits a handover response in accordance with a handover enabled/disabled state (S12). The handover response includes an identifier of the terminal (70) in the CSG cell C2. Upon receiving the response, the SeNB (10) notifies the identifier to the terminal (70) (S14). The TeNB (40) repeatedly transmits a dedicated signal containing a handover command via a dedicated channel set using the identifier at an interval shorter than a gap period (S18). Accordingly, whether or not access is permitted can be judged promptly and a smooth handover can be realized.
