Abstract:
A memory system includes a memory controller, a transmission bus, a power divider, a first memory chip, and a second memory chip. The transmission bus is coupled from the memory controller to a first node of the power divider for transferring signals. The first node of the power divider is coupled to a second node of the power divider via a first line, and the first node is also coupled to a third node of the power divider via a second line. The first memory chip is coupled to the second node via a first branch bus and the second memory chip is coupled to the third node via a second branch bus. Accordingly, reflected wave due to an impedance mismatching can be reduced to enhance the signal integrity.

A current feedback-type AMOLED driving circuit. The current feedback-type AMOLED driving circuit includes a plurality of pixel circuits each having a data terminal for receiving a pixel current command, and a sense terminal for transmitting pixel current to a driver Integrated Circuit (IC), and a plurality of data lines provided such that a single data line is provided for a single column formed by a plurality of pixel circuits, thus data terminals of the pixel circuits, forming the column, are connected to the data line. In the AMOLED driving circuit, two columns are paired, sense terminals of pixel circuits, forming a first column of the two columns, are connected to a data line for a second column, and sense terminals of pixel circuits, forming the second column, are connected to the data line for the first column. The AMOLED driving circuit is operated such that, when the first column is driven, the data line for the second column is used as a current feedback line for the first column, and when the second column is driven, the data line for the first column is used as a current feedback line for the second column. Accordingly, the number of pads of the driver IC is limited to one per column, and price competitiveness of the driver IC is improved.

Abstract:
A computer mouse interface system has a mouse section which includes a tactile feedback section arranged to stimulate a finger of a user through a plurality of pins, so that the user can feel the nature of a virtual object displayed on a computer screen. The system further has a thermal feedback section arranged on a side of the mouse section to provide thermal information of the virtual object to the finger of the user. The thermal feedback section comprises a thermoelement for discharging or absorbing heat in response to a control signal according to a temperature variation when a users finger is contact with the virtual object, a cover brought into contact with a surface of the thermoelement to receive heat from the thermoelement, and a cooler brought into contact with another surface of the thermoelement to absorb heat discharged from the thermoelement.

Disclosed herein is a divide-add circuit and a high-resolution. Digital-to-Analog. Converter (DAC) using the same. The DAC includes a plurality of DAC units and one or more divide-add circuit units. The plurality of DAC units performs Digital-Analog (DA) conversion on two or more segmented codes, into which an input digital code is segmented. The one or more divide-add circuit units is configured to be each composed only of capacitors and switches and to generate a final DA conversion output for the entire input digital code based on the voltages of the DAC units. Accordingly, a high resolution of more than ten bits can be implemented.

A method of detecting the alignment error of lenses and reducing image distortion attributable to the alignment error in a lens-type 3-dimensional liquid crystal display monitor. A method of detecting the alignment error of lenses in a 3D display using a purpose-built test pattern image, which predicts the alignment error in such a way as to calculate variation in view indices of pixels in a lateral direction, observed by an eye of an observer, if there is alignment error in the lenses. A method of compensating for image distortion in a 3D monitor, including the steps of finding the relationship between the pixels of a Liquid Crystal Display (LDC) panel and the pixels of observed images, which are determined depending on the location of an observer; and compensating for image distortion attributable to the rotational and translational alignment error of the lenses based on the found relationship.
