    摘要: A television picture superimposing system comprises a video mixer including two variable gain amplifying circuits receiving two input picture signals having a given peak-to-peak amplitude, and an adding circuit for mixing the amplified picture signals into a resulting picture signal. The improvement resides in providing a circuit for deriving a single gain control signal based upon a linear combination of two signals derived respectively from the two input picture signals so that the resulting signal has the given peak-to-peak amplitude. The control signal is respectively applied, via an analog inverting circuit and directly, to gain control inputs of the variable gain amplifying circuits.

    摘要: A receiver is provided for a television system which uses time division miplexing (TDM) of analog image signals and of bursts of duobinary coded digital data signals. The digital data signals are transmitted during the line and frame blanking intervals and grouped together in packets, comprising the sound and synchronization signals, the spectral width required by the analog part being greater than that required by the digital part. The receiver comprises a common frequency demodulator for the analog and digital signals, adaptive as a function of the signal-to-noise ratio after demodulation as a width less than the width which is optimum for the analog part when the latter has a high signal-to-noise ratio. The demodulator has an input filter which is either analog or digital and may be adjusted in response to the error rate.

    摘要: In the disclosed teletext system, the transmitter station broadcasts data cks data from several channels, the data packs being time multiplexed. Each data pack comprises a prefix signal for causing a teletext receiver either to accept the data packs of a selected channel or to reject data packs from other channels. In addition to the prefix, and possibly page flags followed by page numbers and row flags followed by row numbers, the sequence of eight-bit words, transmitted in a pack, may comprise escape eight-bit words followed by type identity eight-bit words, which are themselves followed by a sequence of characters to be displayed in the same type the identity of which is determined by the preceding type identity eight-bit words. Each teletext receiver comprises, a first conventional random access memory storing the coded characters, a second random access memory storing the type identity eight-bit words at the same address as those of the characters belonging to the sequence in the first random access memory. A read operation from the first random access memory, for display purpose, is performed at the same time as the read operation from the second random access memory. The output signals of the second memory select a character generator which includes a permanent memory which reads out the shape of those characters which read out from the first random access memory.

If the filling rate is greater than a maximum threshold or less than a minimum threshold, the contents of the memory are modified at the first silent interval which appears.

    摘要: In the error signal feature sensor of the device, an analog synthesized signal is produced throughout the first portion of each period of the analog noisy test signal to be acquired by means of the digital value of samples memorizing in a random access memory and a digital-to-analog converter. The noisy signal and the synthesized signal are compared therebetween at predetermined sampling times in predetermined number. The sign and modulus of the error signal in relation to a predetermined threshold voltage are written in the memory. During the second portion of the period without the noisy signal, a processing unit as a microprocessor calculates the new digital values of the samples in term of comparison results and the preceding digital values of the samples in accordance with a particular algorithm. A new comparison and calculation cycle is performed and so on. After acquisition in steady working, the synthesized signal coincides with the average value of the noisy signal at the predetermined sampling times.
