摘要: Process for fabricating semiconductor components, and semiconductor component, in which a support plate comprises, at various locations, portions provided with respective electrical connection means having electrical connection regions on a front face and having through-holes located in proximity or adjacently to the portions. An integrated-circuit chip is fastened to the front face of each portion of the support plate by means of electrical connection balls. On one side, the electrical connection balls are connected to electrical connection regions of the front face of this plate and, on the other side, to electrical connection pads on the rear face of this integrated-circuit chip, in positions such that one edge of the rear face of each integrated-circuit chip faces at least one through-hole. A curable liquid fill material is delivered in the through-holes so as to at least partly fills a space defined between this support plate and each integrated-circuit chip, respectively.

摘要: A device having a first, a second, a third, and a fourth slidably adjustable element arranged in a rectangular configuration, forming a rectangular pass-through opening approximately the size of a doorway and being slidably adjustable in a height dimension and a width dimension of the rectangle and having clamps for attaching the device to a doorframe so that the doorframe can be placed within a rough opening in a wall of a building while keeping a rectangular shape. The device has telescoping feet for adjusting the height off of the floor and leveling the frame. Once the frame is attached to the rough opening in the wall the clamps are released from the frame and the elements are contracted to allow the device to be removed from the frame, leaving the frame secured and properly aligned within the rough opening.

摘要: There is provided a digital data transmission system that includes a first unit transmitting a first MLT3 signal, a second unit receiving the first MLT3 signal, and transformers. The second unit includes an equalizer receiving the first MLT3 signal and outputting a second MLT3 signal that is input to a recovery module for the transmitted digital data, and a device placed in feedback to the equalizer. The device receives the second MLT3 signal and outputs a third low frequency signal that is added to the first MLT3 signal. The device has a translation block for the up or down or no translation of the second MLT3 signal according to the low or high or intermediate value of such signal, and a low pass filter receiving the signal output from the translation block and outputting the third signal containing the low frequency component of the second MLT3 signal.

摘要: A few times programmable (FTP) storage element is provided. The FTP storage element includes a set of N elementary memory units and multiple selection circuits. Each of the elementary memory units includes an address bus for connection to a main address bus and a data bus for connection to a main data bus. The selection circuits generate successive selection signals for successively selecting one of the elementary memory units in order to give exclusive access to the one selected elementary memory unit. The selection circuits operate so as to automatically select a next one of the elementary memory units upon detection of a predetermined condition. In preferred embodiments, each of the elementary memory units is programmable.

摘要: A method produces a shopping list consisting of one or more items, wherein at least one item in the shopping list is a perishable item. The method operates in an e-commerce site and includes the steps of: storing one or more consumer shopping lists of respective consumers at the e-commerce site; storing a list of items previously purchased by one or more consumers from the e-commerce site; receiving a request from a consumer for at least one consumer shopping list; and determining if the request from the consumer is from a consumer that has previously purchased one or more perishable items from the e-commerce site. If the consumer has previously purchased one or more perishable items from the e-commerce site, then the method performs the sub-steps of: reviewing if any items previously purchased are perishable items with expiration dates; and adding to the at least one consumer shopping list one or more perishable items that have exceeded a predefined expiration date range. Additionally, a computer readable medium and a system are disclosed corresponding to the method above.
