    摘要: An electron emission display is provided to prevent electron beams around the spacers from being distorted and to prevent arc discharging due to the spacers. The electron emission display includes first and second substrates facing each other to form a vacuum vessel, an electron emission unit provided on the first substrate, a light emission unit provided on the second substrate, and a plurality of spacers disposed between the first and the second substrates. Each spacer has a spacer body with a surface roughness, a resistance layer placed on a lateral side of the spacer body, and a flattening layer covering the resistance layer. The flattening layer has a thickness larger than the thickness of the resistance layer and a surface roughness smaller than the surface roughness of the spacer body.

The W-LAN system is connected to the packet data network of the 3G mobile communication network to provide a W-LAN service to the predetermined mobile communication terminal. The W-LAN system is implemented in a plurality of Base Transceiver Stations (BTSs) included in the 3G mobile communication network through the RoF link.

Each of a plurality of Mobile Stations (MSs), respectively corresponding to each subchannel, are classified as a Single Transmission (ST) MS or a Cooperative Transmission (CT) MS according to a CT criterion. An MS with a maximum channel capacity is selected from among the classified MSs. Resources arc allocated to a corresponding subchannel when the selected MS is the ST MS, and resources arc allocated using a CT scheduling technique when the selected MS is the CT MS. The classifying, selecting and allocating steps are repeated until allocation of resources is completed.

    摘要: Noise may cause malfunction and reduction of yield in semiconductor devices operating with a low supply voltage, and a logic test is generally performed for testing characteristics of input/output pads. In the logic test, High Level Input Voltage (VIH), Low Level Input Voltage (VIL), and Input Signal Fault Detection may be considered. In a normal operation mode, the noise propagates through a logic chain by toggling of the test logic circuit, and a circuit can prevent the noise propagation using logical operations. Thus, a characteristic degradation due to the noise propagation may be reduced.
