Abstract:
A method of calibrating a test chart is provided. First, a reference scanning device scans a reference test chart to obtain a plurality of reference optical density (OD) values. The reference test chart includes a plurality of reference blocks. Then, the reference scanning device scans a test chart to obtain a plurality of first OD values. The test chart includes a plurality of blocks, which corresponds to the reference blocks. Next, a compensation function derived from respectively converting the first OD values into the reference OD values is obtained.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a radiator warning system of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The radiator warning system has a light foil floating with airflow of the radiator. When the radiator is operated normally, the light foil is blown by airflow of the radiator to touch a contact detecting apparatus, and when the radiator is operated abnormally, the light foil does not touch the contact detecting apparatus. At this moment, a warning apparatus will send a warning signal. With the design of the claimed radiator warning system, the radiator can be inspected immediately while abnormal, and prevent the shutdown after exceeding temperature.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for drying semiconductor wafers by using an IPA drying apparatus. The present invention uses a vapor generator to generate an IPA vapor. The IPA vapor is generated and saved in a closed surrounding and then transferred in a porous hollow plate in the dryer tank by using a quartz pipe. The IPA vapor is diffused evenly from the porous hollow plate. Furthermore, the present invention increases the safety of the process and can easily control the input amount of the IPA vapor.
Abstract:
An antenna element employable singularly or in an array and configured for concurrent RF transmission and receipt on a plurality of frequencies concurrently. The element is formed of conductive material on a substrate by a pair of substantially identical horns extending in opposite directions to distal tips. A cavity formed between the horns narrows to a narrowest point prior to curving. The element is capable of wideband RF communication on any frequency between a low frequency defined by the distance between the distal tips to a highest frequency defined by the narrowest point of the cavity. The antenna is especially well adapted for portable devices such as smartphones where concurrent cellular, Wi-Fi, and bluetooth communications may be accomplished with a single element.
Abstract:
An antenna array formed of individual electrically connected pluralities of wideband antenna elements. The array features a centrally located rectangular ground plane having a top surface defined by four edges. Each of said pluralities of elements is engaged to a separate substrate which is engaged along one of the four edges. The substrates may be angled to adjust the footprint of the antenna.
Abstract:
An omnidirectional dual polarized antenna having a pair of horizontally disposed antenna elements formed by radially disposed cavities between conductive materials on a dielectric substrate. A plurality of vertically disposed antenna elements are engaged in a space between the pair of horizontally disposed antenna elements yielding an omnidirectional antenna capable of transmission and receipt of horizontal and vertical polarized RF signals.
