Abstract: An antenna, in particular for a hearing aid, for wireless radio communication, comprising a coil core which extends along a longitudinal direction and carries a number of windings, and comprising a planar first shield that is located on an end face of the coil core and is made of a ferrimagnetic and/or ferromagnetic material. The first shield extends at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the coil core. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing an antenna as well as to a hearing aid comprising an antenna.

A division frequency is defined on the basis of the first provisional division frequency and the second provisional division frequency. The first and second audio signals are divided at the division frequency into respective high-frequency components and low-frequency components.

Abstract: A hearing device contains a hearing device housing, which is insertable into an auditory canal of a person wearing the hearing device and which has a through-opening leading to the interior of the hearing device housing. Abstract: In a method for operating a hearing aid, an input signal is generated by way of one or more microphones. The input signal is amplified in an amplifier with an adjustable gain factor and output as an amplified input signal by way of a receiver. Furthermore, an OVD (own-voice-detection) parameter is established by an OVD unit. The OVD parameter specifies whether or not the user themselves is speaking. The gain factor is adjusted in a manner dependent on the OVD parameter and additionally adjusted in a manner dependent on noise, in particular stationary noise.

A beat is recognized by analyzing the electrical input signal and the recognized beat is perceivably output to a hearing system user. A corresponding hearing system for recognizing a beat in the input signal and outputting the recognized beat in a perceivable manner is also provided.
