    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for enabling a mobile station existing in a serving cell area to perform a handover procedure in a broadband mobile communication system including the mobile station, a serving base station providing a service to the mobile station, and one or more target base stations containing at least one target cell area overlapping with the serving cell area occupied by the serving base station. The method includes transmitting a handover request message from the mobile station to the serving base station when it is detected that a performance of a handover is necessary; and transmitting a handover indication message containing handover cancel information to the serving base station when the mobile station determines a cancel of the handover while the mobile station is being handed over to one or more target base stations by the serving base station.

    Abstract: A method and system for configuring a media access control header to reduce a header overhead is provided. The method includes establishing a connection between a transmitter and a receiver. The method also includes determining a size of a length field in the MAC header of a MAC protocol data unit (PDU) of the connection based on one or more parameters. The method further includes transmitting the MAC PDU to the receiver. The system includes a transmitter to determine a size of a length field of the media access control (MAC) header based on one or more parameters and to transmit a MAC protocol data unit (PDU) having the MAC header to a receiver.     Abstract: A method of manufacturing an LCD comprising, preparing a liquid crystal panel which comprises a substrate assembly and a polarizing plate, wherein the polarizing plate is attached to the substrate assembly, disposing a gas injecting part towards the plate surface of the liquid crystal panel, while the gas injecting part is exposed to atmospheric conditions, and applying a pressure to the plate surface of the liquid crystal panel by injecting gas through the gas injecting part. With this configuration, the present invention provides a method to remove bubbles between the polarizing plate and liquid crystal panel without the use of a chamber.
