摘要: Provided is a method of incremental SSTA (statistical static timing analysis) of a digital circuit, the method including a first step in which, when a gate is replaced in the digital circuit, delay propagation is performed from a node of a replaced gate to a virtual sink node based on SSTA; a second step in which, if a changed value of a gate timing yield at each gate which propagates delay toward the virtual sink node is smaller than a predetermined threshold value, delay propagation with respect to a fanout gate of the corresponding gate is stopped; and a third step in which, when a delay with respect to the node of the replaced gate is propagated to the virtual sink node, a new timing yield is calculated at the virtual sink node.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for checking a pipelined parallel cyclic redundancy is disclosed. In accordance with the method and the apparatus of the present invention, after an entire CRC (cyclic redundancy check) logic is divided into a feedback portion and an input data portion, the input data portion is divided using a pipelined structure such that the input data portion is designed to have the pipelined structure based on an algorithm that maintains a logic level of each stage to be lower than that of the feedback portion and an algorithm that optimizes a size of a register inserted during the division to improve a speed thereof and to detect an error of a received data in a high speed data communication apparatus.

摘要: Provided is an electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) structure, and particularly, an overlay EBG structure in which a plurality of vias and a plurality of plates are formed at intervals on a central signal line in such a manner that the vias and plates extend vertically from a substrate in order to reduce leakage loss of an electromagnetic wave through the substrate. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an electromagnetic wave passing through a transmission line from being lost through the substrate, to obtain desired frequency characteristics by adjusting the dimensions of the vias and plates, and to manufacture the overlay EBG structure using an existing CMOS process without having to perform any additional process.

摘要: A communication system includes a transmitter having a signal generator for generating a signal for transmitting data, a transmission delay unit for repeatedly delaying the signal from the signal generator for a predetermined delay time within a symbol period and generating corresponding delayed signals, and a selector for selectively providing one of the delayed signals from the transmission delay unit to an antenna; and a receiver having a reception delay unit for receiving the signal from the transmitter and delaying the signal as long as the delay time of the transmission delay unit, and a data judgment block for discriminating data bits of the signal from the transmitter by comparing the signal from the transmitter with the delayed signal from the reception delay unit. According to the communication system, the delay time can be accurately adjusted even if the delay line is shortened, and the data bits of the communication signal can be accurately judged in the receiver side.
