摘要： A method of accessing an optical disc is disclosed. The method includes: enabling a focus servo control without enabling a tracking servo control, and then moving an optical pick-up unit in a radial direction of the optical disc; obtaining at least a first reference signal and a second reference signal according to a laser beam reflected from the optical disc when the optical pick-up unit is moving in the radial direction; and monitoring at least the first reference signal and the second reference signal to identify a boundary of a predetermined data area on the optical disc.

摘要： A latch driving unit is assembled in an exterior knob assembly of a door lock. The latch driving unit includes a pin, a resilient member, a locking disk, a rotatable disk, a torsion spring, a cap and a strip. The strip removably extends through the cap, torsion spring, rotatable disk, locking disk, resilient member and the pin. If the strip is bent with an incorrect length, it can be removed from the latch driving unit and replaced with an intact strip. Thus, the exterior knob assembly is still useful after replacing the strip, and waste is avoided.

摘要： A method for forming a tungsten layer on a substrate surface is provided. In one aspect, the method includes positioning the substrate surface in a processing chamber and exposing the substrate surface to a soak. A nucleation layer is then deposited on the substrate surface in the same processing chamber by alternately pulsing a tungsten-containing compound and a reducing gas selected from a group consisting of silane, disilane, dichlorosilane and derivatives thereof. A tungsten bulk layer may then be deposited on the nucleation layer using cyclical deposition, chemical vapor deposition, or physical vapor deposition techniques.

The engaging portions are engaged to the outer annular recess of the locking core. Thereby, the lid can cover the positioning elements. In assembly, the lid has at least one engaging portion to be positioned correspondingly to the keyway. Thereby, detaching the cover, the disengagement of the engaging portions from the outer annular recess can be operate through the keyway.
