    摘要: An apparatus having a sample sectioning device including a cutting mechanism that is operable to cut sections from a sample and a sample holder that is operable to hold the sample. The apparatus further includes a drive system coupled with the sample holder to drive movement of the sample holder and a reciprocating member coupled to the drive system to drive vertical movement of the drive system. The reciprocating member to move in a reciprocating manner within an angle of rotation of less than 180 degrees. A surface orientation sensor may further be provided that is operable to sense an orientation of a surface of the sample held by the sample holder.

A particular method of linking media content information includes receiving data including first descriptive information associated with an electronic version of particular media content. The method also includes searching a database, based on the first descriptive information, to identify second descriptive information. The second descriptive information is associated with a physical media product and the physical media product stores the particular media content. Additionally, the method includes storing a data record in memory relating the electronic version of the particular media content to the second descriptive information.

    摘要: An implantable sensor is provided that includes a piezopolymer sensor element including a body having a plurality of layers of a piezopolymer, and an attachment device configured to hold the piezopolymer sensor element in direct contact with at least one of a bodily fluid and bodily tissue such that the piezopolymer sensor element is configured to bend in response to motion of the at least one of bodily fluid and bodily tissue. A pair of electrodes is attached to the piezopolymer sensor element and the electrodes are configured to collect an electrical charge that is generated within the piezopolymer sensor element due to the bending of the piezopolymer sensor element.
