    摘要: Disclosed is an LCD device including a noise shielding member. The noise shielding member is a transparent conductive member including a transparent film on which a transparent conductive layer is coated. The noise shielding member may also be a transparent conductive layer scattered on the optical sheets. The transparent conductive layer comprises ITO or IZO. The noise shielding member is disposed under the diffusing plate or interposed between optical sheets. The noise shielding member may be disposed under the LCD panel. The noise generated from the electric power signal applied to the lamp of the backlight assembly is shielded from the LCD panel. Furthermore, the noise shielding member and optical sheets contacts with the chassis of the LCD device through various ground members so as to be connected to earth potential and be electrically stabilized. Accordingly, display quality of the LCD device is improved.

    摘要: Disclosed are a cold cathode fluorescent lamp, a container for receiving the same and a liquid crystal display device having the container. The lamp includes a lamp tube, a first electrode having a first end disposed inside the lamp tube and a second end disposed outside the lamp tube and a second electrode plated on an outer surface of the lamp tube. The cold cathode fluorescent lamp is easily coupled/separated to/from the container having a clip type power-supplying module in a clip-coupling manner. In addition, a shock absorbing member is installed at the clip type power-supplying module so as to absorb an impact applied to the cold cathode fluorescent lamp. A brightness non-uniformity between cold cathode fluorescent lamps can be prevented, a power consumption of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp can be reduced, and an assembling work and productivity are remarkably improved.

    摘要: A method of forming a backlight assembly is presented. The invention reduces the degradation of display quality caused by an uneven expansion of the reflective sheet in a display device. the reflective sheet may be positioned between the light guiding plate and the base in a backlight assembly of a display device. The backlight assembly includes a light source, a light guiding plate positioned to guide light from the light source in a predetermined direction, a base on which the light guiding plate is mounted, and a reflective sheet positioned between the light guiding plate and the base. The reflective sheet has a cutout. A supporting structure extends through the cutout between the light guiding plate and the base to support the light guiding plate. A liquid crystal display device made with such backlight assembly is also presented.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a display unit, a back light assembly having a light source, a light guiding plate, a light focusing portion, and a mold frame divided into a first frame and a second frame. The mold frame receives the display unit and the back light assembly. The first frame receives the light guiding plate and the light focusing portion and the second frame receives the light source. A reflection sheet is integrally formed at an inner surface of the second frame so as to perform the function of a lamp reflector. Accordingly, a lamp cover is not required so that the number of parts and the manufacturing cost are reduced. A lamp can be exchanged by simply separating the second frame from the mold frame, so failure of the light source caused by friction with other elements is reduced when exchanging the lamp.

The covering member includes a first combining portion that has a second corresponding to the first hole. The receiving unit enhances productivity in assembling process of the LCD module. Further, the combining member prevents a distortion of the receiving unit.
