摘要: A vehicle body rear part structure in which a spare tire is stored underneath a rear floor via a spare tire carrier. The vehicle body rear part structure includes a frame part and a tire cover. An embedding groove is formed in an external surface of the tire cover. The frame part is embedded in the embedding groove. Left and right front connecting parts of the frame part are rotatably connected to left and right front support parts. A rear connecting part of the frame part is vertically movably connected to rear support part. Vertical movements of the rear connecting part via the rear support part causes a spare tire to be disposed in a tire storage position and a tire accessing position.

摘要: A transfer paper which comprises a transfer paper base and a disperse dye ink printed thereon or imparted thereto. The transfer paper is used in a dry transfer printing method in which the transfer paper is pressed against a synthetic fibrous material with heating to thereby transfer the dye (pattern) from the transfer paper to the fibrous material. The transfer paper is characterized in that the transfer paper base has a releasant layer comprising a synthetic resin soluble in organic solvents and an ink-receiving layer made from a mixture comprising a hydrophilic synthetic resin which softens or melts upon heating, a hydrophilic binder, and various aids, the ink-receiving layer being superposed on the releasant layer. With this transfer paper for dry transfer printing, a highly fine pattern can be printed with excellent reproducibility. Furthermore, the transfer paper enables quick delivery by so-called printing without platemaking. The method of dry transfer plating employs this transfer paper.

摘要: A nitride semiconductor laser device uses a substrate with low defect density, contains reduced strains inside a nitride semiconductor film, and thus offers a satisfactorily long useful life. On a GaN substrate (10) with a defect density as low as 106 cm−2 or less, a stripe-shaped depressed portion (16) is formed by etching. On this substrate (10), a nitride semiconductor film (11) is grown, and a laser stripe (12) is formed off the area right above the depressed portion (16). With this structure, the laser stripe (12) is free from strains, and the semiconductor laser device offers a long useful life. Moreover, the nitride semiconductor film (11) develops reduced cracks, resulting in a greatly increased yield rate.

摘要: The technique of the present invention sets a torque voltage to be applied to a motor in response to a required torque and adjusts the duty of an inverter to ensure application of the torque voltage according to the observed voltage of a battery. In a motor controller constructed to attain such control, before a start-up of normal operation of the motor, a fixed duty is set for switching the inverter to apply a voltage to the motor. The value of electric current running in response to the applied voltage is measured. The mapping of the value of electric current to the source voltage in the case of switching the inverter at a fixed duty is stored in advance in the form of a table. The procedure reads the true value of the source voltage from the table and thereby specifies an offset error occurring in a voltage sensor of the battery. The procedure then corrects the observed voltage of the battery and adequately regulates the torque voltage.

摘要: An electrical angle detecting apparatus determines an electrical angle &thgr; from voltages Vd, Vq, and currents Id, Iq along a d-axis and a q-axis of a synchronous motor, by using the following expressions: &thgr;=&thgr;(n−1)+k1×&Dgr;Id+k2×&Sgr;(&Dgr;Id) &Dgr;Id=Id(n)−Id(n−1)−t(Vd−R×Id(n−1)+&ohgr;×Lq×Iq(n−1))/Ld; &ohgr;=(k1×&Dgr;Id+k2×&Sgr;(&Dgr;Id))/t where (n−1) indicates a value of each variable at the previous timing; (n) indicates a value at the given timing; R is the resistance of a coil; t is the determination executing period; and k1, k2 are coefficients. This determination makes it easier to set appropriate gains, so that precision improves. Furthermore, the amount of determination reduces, and the processing time shortens.

摘要: A single imaging apparatus is adapted to pick up both a motion image and a still image. In an imaging apparatus 1, image light from an object is separated into multiple monochromatic image light components by an optical system 3 and then imaged by an imaging means 4 for generation of an original image signal. The imaging apparatus 1 switches an imaging mode depending upon an output mode. The optical system 3 switches the sate of a variable spatial filter 18 depending upon an imaging mode thereby changing an effect for limiting the spatial frequency. In an output mode for motion images, an interpolative synthesizer circuit 7 generates the output image signal from a single original image signal. In an output mode for still image, an image shift mechanism 19 parallely shifts the optical axis of the incoming image light while the imaging means captures the original image light multiple times so that an output image is produced from these original image signals. An amount of attenuation of the filter 18 in the output mode for motion images is greater than that for an equivalent spatial frequency component in the output mode for still image.
