    摘要: The present invention relates to a magnetic recording medium which comprises a non-magnetic support having coated on opposite surfaces thereof a magnetic layer and a backing layer comprising a resin as a binder and non-magnetic particles, wherein the resin binder contains a polyurethane resin, a copolymer of vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile, and a polyisocyanate compound; the non-magnetic particles contains fine carbon black having an average particle size of 30 to 150 m.mu. and coarse carbon black having an average particle size of 160 to 600 m.mu.; and the mixing weight ratio of the resin binder to the non-magnetic particles is within the range of 0.375:1 to 1:1 by weight. This magnetic recording medium has excellent electromagnetic properties and running durability.

The method of the present invention comprises the steps of applying a paste prepared by mixing LaB.sub.6 powder with alkali glass powder in a proportion of 20-40 wt. % with respect to the LaB.sub.6 powder to a base electrode, burning the paste, and activating the paste by gas discharge with large current after an exhaustion step to form a LaB.sub.6 cathode on the base electrode.

In the prebinding apparatus, a sheet aligning section, a slitting section which cuts off margins at both side portions of a sheet of paper, a cutting section which cuts off top and bottom margins, and a creasing section are arranged in this order. The prebinding apparatus is provided with a control section which sorts out supplied sheets of paper into those which need an SCC step and those which do not, and performs the SCC step only on the sheets of paper that need the SCC step.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a solar cell forms a large number of grooves on a first main surface of a p-type silicon single crystal substrate sliced out from a silicon single crystal ingot as described below. First an edge portion of a groove-carving blade is projected out from a flat substrate feeding surface of a working table by a predetermined height. The p-type silicon single crystal substrate is moved along the substrate feeding surface towards the rotating groove-carving blade while keeping a close contact of the first main surface thereof with the substrate feeding surface. Electrodes are then formed on the inner side face of thus-carved grooves only on one side in the width-wise direction thereof.
