Abstract:
A dry-type textile cleaning article is disclosed which comprises a friable hydrophilic polyurethane foam body which incorporates abrasive particles, solvents, surfactants, and adjuvants such as fragrance, biocides, and fiber emollients. When rubbed over a textile surface the foam body yields shreds which are effective to remove both liquid and dry soils from textiles.
Abstract:
An absorbent floor cleaning and waxing composition is disclosed comprising shreds of a hydrophilic, open-celled, solids-loaded polyurethane foam having an aqueous wax emulsion releasably incorporated therein. The composition is effective to replace soiled coatings of floor wax with fresh floor wax.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to cosmetic applicators comprising absorbent sheets impregnated with an oil-in-water emulsion incorporating various emollients which are particularly adapted for moisturizing wet skin surfaces.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to cosmetic applicators comprising absorbent sheets impregnated with a mixture of emollients, absorbent particles, fragrances and deodorizing agents which are useful for moisturizing and deodorizing wetted or sweaty skin surfaces, and are especially useful for foot deodorizing and moisturizing.
Abstract:
An automatic dishwasher product comprising, in combination, a dispenser with openings therein and a water soluble solid composition positioned therein which comprises a high molecular weight polyethylene glycol, a non-ionic fatty acid alkanolamide, an oxyethylated alcohol, a non-ionic amine polyglycol condensate and, optionally, a fragrance, the measured release of said composition serving to increase detergent action and minimize spotting.
Abstract:
A pulverulent composition for rug and carpet maintenance and cleaning formed by mixing approximately 40.0 to 98.5% by weight, of a borax carrier with a primary cleaning system comprising approximately 1.0 to 10.0%, by weight, of an ether alcohol cleaning solvent and approximately 0.5 to 10.0%, by weight, of surfactant, together with optional ingredients such as an anti-static agent.
Abstract:
A combination sleigh and wagon in which, in summertime, the device serves as a wagon while in wintertime the detachable wheels are removed and the device serves as a sleigh in the snow. The central single front wheel of the vehicle is partially rotatable about an axis for steering purposes, while the runners also serve for steering in wintertime by the provision of structure to laterally incline the front portions of the two parallel runners. Thus the front portions of the two runners may be manually angularly oriented relative to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle for steering purposes, while the balance of each runner remains parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. In general, the runners are disposed along each edge of the body or platform of the device, parallel with the longitudinal axis of the device. More than two runners may be provided in some cases, as for a very wide vehicle. The vehicle also includes at least two other rotatable wheels mounted at the rear of the vehicle.
Abstract:
A slurry outlet system including a top sub having a seal, a closure sleeve positionable in an open position spaced from the top sub during a slurry pumping operation and a closed position wherein the closure sleeve sealingly interacts with the seal, a protector sleeve disposed to protect the seal and movable upon the closure sleeve becoming sufficiently close to the protector sleeve. A method for pressure sealingly closing a slurry outlet system including bringing a closure sleeve into proximity with a top sub of the slurry outlet system, displacing a protector sleeve, with the closure sleeve, off a seal of the top sub and simultaneously making sealing contact between the closure sleeve and the seal.
Abstract:
A downhole tool actuation system including: a tubing having a longitudinal axis and a main flowbore supportive of tubing pressure; an indexing mechanism in fluidic communication with the main flowbore, the indexing mechanism configured to count N number of tubing pressure cycles; a port isolation device movable between a blocking condition and an actuation condition, the port isolation device in the blocking condition for N−1 cycles of the indexing mechanism, and movable to the actuation condition at the Nth cycle of the indexing mechanism; and, a chamber sealed from the main flowbore in the blocking condition of the port isolation device, the chamber exposed to the tubing pressure in the actuation condition of the port isolation device. The downhole tool actuation system is configured to actuate a downhole tool upon exposure of the chamber to tubing pressure.
