摘要： Optical, printing, and fabrication arrangements are provided by which observers of flat containers or display boxes, such as video and audio tape cassettes or compact disc (CD) jewel boxes, can be presented with different information when looking at one of the box's surfaces from different angular perspectives. Advantageously, parallax effects are compensated where the size of the observable images and the viewing distance create undesirable visual artifacts. Horizontally and vertically oriented lenticulated panels are used in combination with interlaced images to convey the differently coded views without the need for physically manipulating such boxes as in the past to see equivalent information. Printed informational inserts or box surfaces are provided with interlaced images and reference surfaces for alignment purposes which is achieved either with control of fit or via resiliently flexible arrangements for urging the images and optics into positions of proper alignment. These arrangements enhance the possibilities for displaying more and different kinds of information on a given box or display surface area compared with conventional approaches and may be used to enhance the prospects for increasing sales of products and displaying sporting figures, celebrities, animation, graphics, textual messages, special visual effects, or the like.

摘要： A one piece molded box for the storage of magnetic media devices having a cover and a base which are connected by an integrally formed hinge member. The hinge is spaced from the corner of the box allowing the box to rotate to an open position about an axis in the midsection of the outer wall of the box. The box is made of a soft copolymer plastic of polypropylene and polyethylene since these materials allow the hinge member to be flexed numerous times without breaking, are impact resistant and combine to form a transparent plastic. The cover portion of the box has protrusions on the outside of opposite sidewalls which correspond to recesses on the inside of opposite sidewalls of the base section and keep the box closed. When in the open position the tape remains in the cover portion of the box for easy insertion and removal. A method of molding a one piece box for the storage of magnetic media devices.

摘要： An integrally molded polypropylene tape cassette has a base with vertical first and second side walls. A rear wall is attached to the base by an integral hinge. A cover attached to the rear wall by an integral hinge, and a dust door attached to the cover by an integral hinge. Snaps between the cover and base connect and close the apparatus with integral springs pressing on tape reel hubs. The dust door covers a forward wall protruding from the base between the first and second side walls. The forward wall has slots and posts for allowing passing of the tape between the interior and exterior of the cassette. The cassette further includes a dust door latch which is integrally molded with one of the sides of the tape. An integrally molded tape hub brake is positioned between the hubs for locking the hub flanges when the cassette is not in use the entire cassette is made of polypropylene material.

摘要： A wrist and arm pad for use with keyboards is disclosed. The pad has a support means which is adjustable perpendicularly with respect to the keyboard for accommodating varying anatomies and preferences. The pad is also movable horizontally with respect to the keyboard, allowing the user to access all of the keyboard without removing wrists from the support. A preferred pad has a base with rollers and anti-skid pads, a movable support means lying on the base, and a flexible overlay peripherally attached to the base and enveloping the support means. Handles attached to the support means extend out of apertures in the envelope for adjustment. A frame is provided for holding the overlay to the base, and massage dots can be provided on the upper surface of the overlay. A platform plate and clamp are provided for extension of the work surface for attaching or placing of the wrist pad assembly.
