    摘要: The organopolysiloxane in the inventive latex is modified with phosphonate ester-containing groups such as those expressed by the formula --Si--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --PO(OEt).sub.2 (Et: ethyl group) and --Si--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --PO(ODd).sub.2 (Dd: dodecyl group) and exhibits excellent performance in the applications as a fabric treatment agent and the like. The inventive organopolysiloxane latex can be prepared by the polymerizing reaction of an organosilicon compound or, preferably, an organopolysiloxane and a phosphonate ester-modified alkoxysilane emulsified together in an aqueous medium containing a surface active agent of the class of the organic sulfonic acid type or a sulfate ester type ones which serves both as an emulsifier and as an acid catalyst.

    摘要: The control device includes a power-saving control unit that intermittently repeats, based on a power saving permission signal transmitted from the master station apparatus, power saving control in which the slave station stops or reduces power supply to a transmitter or a receiver for a predetermined pause duration while maintaining a communication link and a monitoring unit that monitors out of synchronization by comparing a synchronization signal received from the OLT and a time of the ONU. The control device shifts from a registered state to a deregistered state when the monitoring unit detects the out of synchronization. On the other hand, after the pause duration of the power saving control, the control device suppresses the shift to the deregistered state due to the detection of the out of synchronization.

The cargo bed can be changed between an expanded state in which the cargo bed is expanded in a front direction to the rear riding space and a non-expanded state not occupying the rear riding space. The screen shield has a link mechanism. The screen shield is coupled to the upper portion of the cabin frame by the link mechanism so that the screen shield can be shifted between a position in the expanded state and a position in the non-expanded state.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus has a structure in which a toner image formed in an electrophotographic process is transferred from an intermediate transfer belt to a member to be transferred. The apparatus includes a secondary transfer roller that becomes a pressure contact state with respect to the intermediate transfer belt to make it perform a transfer process and can move between the pressure contact state and a separated state, and a press and separation driving device for driving the secondary transfer roller to become the pressure contact state and the separated state.     摘要: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes a developing device including a developer reservoir for accommodating a mixed developer. The mixed developer includes a plurality of types of toner having a generally identical hue and different reflection densities. The apparatus also includes a replenishment device having a plurality of toner containers each accommodating one of the plurality of types of toner for replenishing the plurality of types of toner to the developer reservoir; a first detector for detecting whether each of the toner containers is completely empty of toner; and a second detector for detecting whether the developer reservoir is nearly or completely empty of mixed developer. A controller controls the replenishment device and allows or prohibits a printing operation based on the detection result of the first and the second detectors.
