摘要: A handover method of a Mobile Station (MS) and a wireless mobile communication system are provided. The handover method includes sending a handover request message to a Serving Base Station (BS), receiving a handover response message including handover Target BS information and an entire Cipher-based Message Authentication Code (CMAC) value corresponding to a first number of bits, from the Serving BS in response to the handover request message, storing a partial CMAC value corresponding to a second number of Most Significant Bit (MSB) bits in the entire CMAC value, sending to the Serving BS a handover indication message including the entire CMAC value and information on a Target BS to which the MS has determined to handover, selecting a ranging code using the partial CMAC value, and sending the selected ranging code to the Target BS.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a hydrogen generating apparatus and a hydrogen generating apparatus manufactured using this method are disclosed. The method includes: inserting an elastic member inside a reactor, which has one side open; inserting an electrode, to which a wire is connected, and an aqueous electrolyte solution inside the elastic member; placing a cover, in which a through-hole is formed, on the open side of the reactor, such that a portion of the wire is positioned outside the reactor; and connecting the portion of the wire positioned outside the reactor to a control unit. Using this method, the inner materials remaining inside the reactor can be removed in a simple manner after the reaction, and replacement costs can be saved as the reactor itself does not have to be replaced.

摘要: A current collector, a method of manufacturing the current collector, a fuel cell stack, and a fuel cell power generation system are disclosed. The current collector for collecting an electric current generated in a fuel cell can include: a substrate; a collector pattern, which contains a conductive material, formed on one side of the substrate; and a corrosion-resistant metal layer, which is coated over all of the surfaces of the collector pattern, including the surface facing the substrate. This current collector can be utilized to prevent corrosion during the operation of the fuel cell, as well as to increase the life span of the fuel cell, without forming the entire configuration with an expensive corrosion-resistant metal.

摘要: A fuel cell is disclosed. The fuel cell can include a membrane electrode assembly (MEA), converting a chemical energy to an electrical energy; a first end plate, stacked on one surface of the MEA and formed with a first coupling hole; a second end plate, stacked on the other surface of the MEA; and a protrusion, formed on the second end plate such that the protrusion penetrates the first coupling hole and an end part of the protrusion protrudes a surface of the first end plate, and the end part being transformed such that the end part couples the first end plate and the second end plate. With the present invention, the fuel cell can reduce contact resistance between elements and its overall size and prevent a leak of fuel. In the manufacturing process, the end plates and the MEA can be arranged, improving reproducibility and repetition for mass production.

摘要: Radio resource allocation apparatus and method in a multi-channel system are provided. The method includes determining a type of a channel to be allocated to terminals, which request a resource allocation. When there is a terminal to be assigned the band AMC channel, necessary resources are allocated to the terminal as resources of the band AMC channel within a frequency band preferred by the terminal. A virtual resource space is generated which collects resources not allocated as the resources of the band AMC channel. Resources are allocated to terminals to be assigned the diversity channel from within the virtual resource space. Accordingly, the radio resources can be efficiently allocated in the multi-channel system where the diversity channel and the band AMC channel coexist.

摘要: A method for controlling a sleep-mode operation in a communication system is provided, in which a Mobile Station (MS) transitions to an awake state in a listening interval of the sleep mode, performs one of a first operation, a second operation, and a third operation in the awake state, and transitions to a sleep state if the MS determines that there is no data to transmit to a BS and no data to receive from the Base Station (BS) after the one operation is performed. The first operation is for receiving data from the BS, the second operation is for transmitting data to the BS, and the third operation is receiving data from the BS and transmitting data to the BS.

摘要: An apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving a frame in a Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) system are provided. In the BWA system for transmitting and receiving a super frame including one or more sub-frames, a base station includes a first generator for generating resource allocation information on a circuit service and a transmitter for transmitting the resource allocation information provided from the first generator in a first part of the super frame. Accordingly, for a service (e.g., VoIP service) in which resources have to be periodically allocated, resource allocation information is transmitted during each main period (i.e., super frame), and thus there is an advantage in that the size of control information can be significantly reduced.
