Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic treatment method for keratin materials, especially the hair, comprising the application of a cosmetic composition which comprises a polymer having a polymer backbone comprising amino acid monomer units with cationic function, and comprising hydrophilic grafts bonded covalently to said backbone, over all or part of said backbone. The invention likewise relates to a cosmetic composition comprising said polymer and a cosmetically acceptable medium.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to ready-to-use cosmetic compositions for permanently shaping keratin fibers comprising, as a permanent hair-shaping active agent, an imine not belonging to the hydroxide family. The disclosure also provides kits comprising compartments to be placed in contact to form the ready-to-use compositions, and processes using these compositions.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the cosmetic use of poly-N-α- and -N-ε-lysine and ornithine compounds comprising a thiol function. The disclosure is also directed towards poly-N-α- and -N-ε-lysine and ornithine compounds comprising a thiol function and also to cosmetic compositions containing the disclosed compounds.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to specific dimercaptoamides, reducing compositions for permanently reshaping keratin fibers comprising the dimercaptoamides, for instance, human keratin fibers such as the hair; and processes for reshaping keratin fibers comprising the application of said reducing compositions. The present disclosure also relates to processes for preparing the dimercaptoamides.

Abstract:
Processes for preserving compositions, such as cosmetic and dermatological compositions, which may be intended for topical applications, through the use of at least one certain polyamino acid derivatives. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one certain polyamino acid derivatives
Abstract:
A process, composition, and kit for limiting the penetration into the skin and/or the keratinous fibers of at least one cosmetically and/or pharmaceutically active agent present in a base cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical composition for topical application and in particular for reducing the rate of penetration into the skin and/or the keratinous fibers of the active agent(s). The process includes the joint use, with the base composition, of an effective amount of a dispersion of vesicles in a medium, the vesicles comprising at least one ceramide of formula (I): wherein R1 is chosen from saturated and unsaturated, linear and branched C1-C32 alkyl groups optionally substituted by at least one hydroxyl group, wherein said at least one hydroxyl group is optionally esterified by a group chosen from C1-C35 acyls; and R2 is chosen from saturated and unsaturated, linear and branched C1-C50 alkyl groups optionally substituted by at least one hydroxyl groups, and wherein said at least one hydroxyl group is optionally esterified by a group chosen from C1-C30 acyls.
Abstract:
Azo compounds of the 2-(4-amino)phenyldiazinecarboximidamide type and 2-(4-amino)phenylhydrazinecarboximidamide type, a process for their synthesis, their use for dyeing keratin fibers, dye compositions containing them, and dyeing processes.
