    Abstract: An image processing system according to the present disclosure includes: an image acquisition unit configured to acquire a monochrome image of a subject including a target part; a hint acquisition unit configured to acquire a category of the target part and a first color hint indicating a color of the target part; a hint conversion unit configured to convert the first color hint into a second color hint indicating the color of the target part based on the acquired category; and a colorization generation unit configured to generate a colorized image corresponding to the monochrome image from the monochrome image and the second color hint of the target part by using a prediction model trained by machine learning.

    Abstract: The disclosure is inputting a first image obtained by capturing an object of authentication moving in a specific direction; inputting a second image at least for one eye obtained by capturing a right eye or a left eye of the object; determining whether the second image is of the left eye or the right eye of the object, based on information including the first image, and outputting a determination result associated with the second image as left/right information; comparing characteristic information relevant to the left/right information, the characteristic information being acquired from a memory that stores the characteristic information of a right eye and a left eye pertaining to object to be authenticated, with characteristic information associated with the left/right information, and calculating a verification score; and authenticating the object captured in the first image and the second image, based on the verification score, and outputting an authentication result.

    Abstract: The present invention is a method including: correcting difference between a pixel statistical value of a specific layer and a pixel statistical value of a layer that is wider than the specific layer using an edge information of a layer that is wider than the specific layer; correcting the pixel statistical value of the specific layer using post-correction difference and the pixel statistical value of layer that is wider than the specific layer; recorrecting the post-correction pixel statistical value of the specific layer using difference between a pre-correction pixel statistical value of the specific layer and the post-correction pixel statistical value of the specific layer and the edge information of a layer that is wider than the specific layer; and correcting the target pixel by repeating correction and recorrection until the layer reduces its range from the maximum range to the minimum range.
