    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for scheduling hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback and controlling the transmit power of the HARQ feedback. An example method generally includes generating a configuration for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource sets assigned to at least one user equipment (UE), wherein each of the PUCCH resources sets comprises PUCCH resources, transmitting the configuration for the PUCCH resource sets to the at least one UE, generating an uplink control reporting indication indicating the PUCCH resources associated with downlink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port groups, transmitting the uplink control reporting indication, to the at least one UE, for use in reporting uplink control information (UCI), and receiving at least a part of the UCI associated with at least one of the downlink DMRS port groups from the at least one UE via the PUCCH resources indicated in the uplink control reporting indication.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may receive an indication of a first transmit power configuration and a second transmit power configuration for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) communication. The wireless communication device may transmit, using a first transmit power that is based at least in part on the first transmit power configuration, a first portion of the PUSCH communication in a full-duplex portion of a time-frequency resource. The wireless communication device may transmit, using a second transmit power that is based at least in part on the second transmit power configuration, a second portion of the PUSCH communication in a non-full-duplex portion of the time-frequency resource.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform channel state information measurements on reference signal transmissions from a base station. The UE may identify a set of cross layer coefficients associated with a set of spatial layers based on the channel state information measurements. The UE may additionally identify a set of precoding coefficients associated with a spatial layer from the set of spatial layers. In some implementations, the set of precoding coefficients may be based on the set of cross layer coefficients. In some examples, the UE may transmit the set of cross layer coefficients and the set of precoding coefficients to the base station.

An example method generally includes determining that a first set of physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources configured for reporting channel state information (CSI) overlaps with a second set of PUCCH resources indicated for reporting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback, wherein the first and second sets of PUCCH resources are associated with downlink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port groups, generating CSI reports and HARQ feedback associated with at least one of the downlink DMRS port groups, and transmitting the CSI reports and the HARQ feedback, multiplexed using the second set of PUCCH resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit an encoded transmission via a broadcast to multiple user equipment (UE). Subsequently, the multiple UEs may transmit assistance information to the base station based on attempting to decode the broadcasted encoded transmission. If the decoding is unsuccessful for at least one UE, the base station may then transmit an additional encoded transmission via a unicast or multicast message to the UEs that were unsuccessful. Additionally, the base station may transmit configuration information for the multiple UEs to receive the encoded transmissions and to transmit the assistance information. For example, the configuration information may include portion information for how long the encoded transmission is transmitted via the broadcast, via the unicast, when to transmit the assistance information, etc. In some cases, the configuration information may be based on UE metrics of the multiple UEs.
