    摘要: Provided is a teleconference system enabling easy participation in a conference from a place geographically apart, securing active proceeding by individual presenting of statement, and enabling drastic decrease of trouble of creating a result by the conference. Statement information inputted by an input means of a terminal device is received and temporarily held and then the received statement information is transmitted to all the terminal devices participating in a teleconference. The statement information displayed on a display means of the terminal device is sorted by an input means of the terminal device and received as statement attribute data. The received statement attribute data and the statement information are stored in an information database. Then, based on the statement attribute data and the statement information, a commitment related to the teleconference is generated.

    摘要: An apparatus capable of charging a battery mounted on a robot while allowing the robot to remain stably still in the state of standing on its legs is provided. Driving a first connector backward while it is connected with a second connector would cause a body of the robot to tilt as if being pulled by the first connector. However, it is possible to prevent the posture of the robot from becoming unstable by utilizing the fact that the connected state of first signal terminals and second signal terminals is maintained in that state. The backward driving of the first connector is restricted when a charge control unit is capable of communicating with a control system via the first signal terminals and the second signal terminals. This prevents the undesirable event that the posture of the robot becomes unstable due to the first connector being driven backward unconditionally.

    摘要: A charging apparatus for a mobile robot enabling the mobile robot to move relatively freely even during charging using a wiring member, while preventing occurrence of an inconvenience such as damage to the wiring member, is provided. The charging apparatus includes a charging power source, a control board which controls the charging power source, and a wiring members for use in supplying electric power from the charging power source to a battery mounted on the mobile robot. The wiring member connected to the mobile robot to follow the movement of the robot. The charging apparatus further includes a detector which detects tension applied to the wiring member. When the wiring members is pulled, an appropriate measure to stop the mobile robot or disconnect the wiring member from the robot is taken in accordance with a signal from the tension detector.

    摘要: To obtain image outputs which are equivalent to those obtained with local outputs even with regard to images received from an external device, there is provided an image input/output apparatus having an input section for inputting image data of original images, and an output section for outputting image data, and being connected to at least one other image input/output apparatus via a communication medium. A transmission section transmits the image data input by the input section and image accompanying information relating to the input image data to the other image input/output apparatus. A receiving receives image data and image accompanying information relating thereto from the other image input/output apparatus. An output control section carries out control so as to output images using the output section based on the image data and the image accompanying information received by the receiving section.

    摘要: In case of outputting data mixedly including plural different-type images, productivity and cost performance are improved without an operator's complicated assistive operation. To do so, a color printer, a black and white printer and a finisher are electrically connected with others through a data communication path such that these devices can perform data communication with others, and also these devices are mechanically connected with others such that the sheets discharged from the respective printers can be carried to a sheet carrying path of the finisher without any operator's manual working. Further, it is controlled that, in the series of images, pages corresponding to the color images are subjected to image formation by the color printer and pages corresponding to the black and white images are subjected to image formation by the black and white printer, and in the finisher it is selectively set the image formation operation in the color printer and the image formation operation in the black and white printer to be on standby so as to compile the sheets from these printers as one sheet sheaf with the continuous page order maintained.
