    摘要: A testable LSI chip incorporating memory blocks, such as RAM and ROM, and random logic circuitry, and a testing method thereof are disclosed. A front-stage peripheral logic circuit block and rear-stage peripheral logic circuit block connected to the input and output modes of a memory block are provided on their output side and input side, respectively, with the flip-flops in correspondence to the input and output nodes of the memory block. The flip-flops on the output side and flip-flops on the input side are each connected to form a shift register. In testing the front peripheral logic block, the test result is latched in the flip-flops on the output side and then the contents are shifted out for reading. In testing the rear-stage peripheral logic circuit block, a bit pattern for testing is shifted-in and latched in the flip-flops on the input side and then supplied to the rear-stage peripheral logic circuit block under test. The front and rear-stage peripheral logic circuit blocks are tested independently of the memory block.

    摘要: A mobile telephone communication system is provided with a plurality of mobile units having a transmitter-receiver capable of being tuned to a plurality of radio channels. A plurality of base stations are provided with receivers capable of detecting carrier level drop-off and a control station is operable to command the given base station to transmit an instruction to the mobile unit commanding it to transmit its signal over a channel which is common to all of the base stations. The control station is then operable to detect an increased carrier level in a zone corresponding to a second base station, and to instruct each of the base stations to transmit a signal over the common channel commanding the mobile unit to switch channels to an idle channel corresponding to a second base station.

    摘要: The present stress in the turbine rotor is estimated at each control period, from the steam temperature and pressure at the turbine inlet. In addition, the future turbine inlet steam temperature or pressure is preestimated once every n.sub.T control cycles, for a given speed or load changing rate, making use of data concerning the changing rate of the turbine steam inlet temperature or pressure in relation with the change of the speed or load, which has been obtained by a learning of the past turbine operating condition. This future steam temperature or pressure at the turbine inlet is used as a factor for preestimating the future stress expected to be caused in the turbine rotor. The preestimation of the rotor stress is performed for a plurality of assumed speed or load changing rates. The turbine is controlled at the maximum speed increase-rate or load changing rate which would not cause the future stress preestimated over a given preestimation time to exceed a limit stress. An observation of the present stress is made at each control period to check whether the limit stress is not exceeded by the present stress.

    摘要: A clock regenerator for a binary input which comprises a shift register having successively coupled first stages, a single predetermined stage, and second stages. A frequency divider device responsive to a local oscillation and with a controllable ratio produces timing pulses of a timing period equal to that prescribed number of clock periods which may be unity. Each timing pulse presets a binary signal in the single predetermined stage. The signal is shifted, when a transition occurs in binary values of the input signal within a predetermined interval defined by each timing period. The signal is shifted into the first and second stages if the transition occurs during a leading and a trailing half of each timing period, respectively, the timing pulse thus leading and lagging behind the input signal. The shifted binary signal controls the frequency division ratio to phase-synchronize the timing pulses with the input signal.
