    摘要: A problem to be solved by the present invention is to inhibit a nonspecific agglutination reaction in an agglutination test using a monoclonal antibody having a property of specifically biding to PIVKA-II and a monoclonal antibody having a property of specifically biding to prothrombin as well as two types of carrier particles carrying these monoclonal antibodies. The nonspecific agglutination reaction can be inhibited by adding certain divalent metal ions to a reaction solution containing the monoclonal antibody having a property of specifically biding to PIVKA-II and the monoclonal antibody having a property of specifically biding to prothrombin as well as the two types of carrier particles carrying these monoclonal antibodies.

    摘要: A developer supply container includes a container body, a developer conveyance member, and a clog prevention member. The container body includes an outlet port and contains developer therein. The developer conveyance member includes a rotational shaft and a conveyance-member body. The conveyance-member body is supported by the rotational shaft and has flexibility. The developer conveyance member is disposed in the container body and conveys the developer to the outlet port for discharge. The clog prevention member is formed in the conveyance-member body in a position corresponding to the outlet port. The clog prevention member goes into the outlet port to protrude to outside of the container body as the rotational shaft rotates.

    摘要: A charging device includes a charging member that includes a rotating shaft and charges a surface of a charging object while rotating in contact with the charging object, a cleaning member that includes a rotating shaft and removes unwanted matter from a surface of the charging member while rotating in contact with the charging member, and a bearing member that includes first and second receiving portions each having an open part on one side thereof and a substantially concave-shaped bottom on another side thereof. The first and second receiving portions receive circumferences of the rotating shafts of the charging member and the cleaning member, respectively, at the bottoms thereof. The open parts of the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion face respectively different directions. A part of an inner surface of the second receiving portion forms a part of an outer surface of the first receiving portion.
