    摘要: A power supply device for driving first and second amplifiers includes a first power generator, a second power generator, a charge pump and a control unit. The first power generator provides a first voltage for first power reception ends of the first and second amplifiers. The second power generator provides a second voltage. The charge pump is coupled between the second power generator and a second power reception end of the first amplifier and between the second power generator and a second power reception end of the second amplifier, and is used for generating a third voltage for the first and second amplifiers according to the second voltage. The control unit is coupled to the second power generator and is used for controlling the second power generator, so as to adjust the second voltage to make the third voltage equal to a multiple of the first voltage.

The bipolar high voltage/power semiconductor is a vertical insulated gate bipolar transistor with injection efficiency adjustment formed by highly doped n+ islands in a p+ anode layer. The device has a vertical drift region of a first conductivity type and having vertical first and second ends. In one example, a region of the second conductivity type is provided at the second end of the vertical drift region connected directly to the vertical high voltage terminal. In another example, a vertical buffer region of the first conductivity type is provided at the vertical second end of the vertical drift region and a vertical region of a second conductivity type is provided on the other side of the vertical buffer region and connected to the vertical high voltage terminal. A plurality of electrically floating lateral island regions are provided within the vertical drift region at or towards the vertical second end of the vertical drift region, the plurality of electrically floating lateral island regions being of the first conductivity type and being more highly doped than the drift region.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a pulse width modulation switching direct voltage circuit. The PWM circuit comprises a first passive device, a second passive device and a third passive device connected in series between a power supply and a ground such that the first passive device is connected to the second passive device and the second passive device is connected to the third passive device, and a fourth passive device which is connected in-parallel between an output end and a point between the first passive device and the second passive device, wherein the rated value of the fourth passive device is at least three times more than the rated value of the first passive device. Herewith, the voltage-cycle relationship of the PWM circuit becomes linear. Under such a state, the PWM circuit is enabled with good work efficiency.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for reducing switching interference in a switching amplifier. The switching amplifier includes a first half circuit having a first modulator and a first driver circuit, a second half circuit having a second modulator and a second driver circuit, a first reference wave generator for a first reference wave, and a second reference wave generator for a second reference wave. A first input signal and a second input signal are inputted to the first modulator and the second modulator, respectively. A first modulated signal and a second modulated signal are generated and inputted to the first driver circuit and second driver circuit, respectively. There is a time delay between the switching points, wherein the time delay is large enough to avoid mutual interference. Therefore, distortion of the output signal can be eliminated while the input signals are small.

    摘要: A power converter device is provided. A feedback circuit outputs a comparison output signal. A phase-locked loop circuit provides a phase-locked signal according to a reference clock signal and an inductor voltage in a power converter circuit. An on-time circuit provides an on-time comparing signal according to the phase-locked signal, an input voltage, the inductor voltage and an output voltage of the power converter circuit. A first input terminal of an SR flip-flop receives the on-time comparing signal from the on-time circuit. A second input terminal of the SR flip-flop receives the comparison output signal from the feedback circuit. A frequency control circuit, according to changes in the input voltage and the output voltage of the power converter circuit, instantaneously adjusts the on-time of the on-time signal such that an output terminal of the SR flip-flop outputs the adjusted on-time signal to the power converter circuit.

A control circuit receives the clock signal from the oscillator circuit and outputs a control signal based on the clock signal. A low-side switch is turned on or off according to the low-side conduction signal from the driver circuit. The oscillator circuit receives the high-side conduction signal from the driver circuit. The oscillator circuit, according to the high-side conduction signal, determines whether or not the clock signal outputted to the control circuit needs to be adjusted.
