Abstract: A method for processing a video includes performing a conversion between a current video block and a bitstream representation of the current video block, wherein the current video block is unsymmetrically split into four partitions using an unsymmetrical quad-Tree (UQT) splitting, wherein the four partitions includes a first partition having a dimension of W1×H1, a second partition having a dimension of W2×H2, a third partition having a dimension of W3×H3, and a fourth partition having a dimension of W4×H4, wherein W1, W2, W3, W4, H1, H2, H3, and H4 are integers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for video processing. A method for video processing is proposed. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a data storage method and apparatus, a non-transitory computer-readable medium, and an electronic device. In the method, when data to be stored that is sent by a container is received through a target interface, a first buffer is generated in storage space of a kernel, and a target length, in the first buffer, of the data to be stored and a start address, in the first buffer, of the data to be stored are obtained. A target physical address in the kernel corresponding to the data to be stored is determined based on the target length and the start address. The target physical address is mapped to a target virtual address in a storage service module.

Abstract: A video processing method includes performing a conversion between a video block of a video and a coded representation of the video. The coded representation conforms to a format rule. The format rule specifies that applicability of a transform skip mode to the video block is determined by a coding condition of the video block. The format rule also specifies that a syntax element indicative of applicability of the transform skip mode is omitted from the coded representation. The transform skip mode includes skipping applying a forward transform to at least some coefficients prior to encoding into the coded representation, or during decoding, skipping applying an inverse transform to at least some coefficients prior to decoding from the coded representation.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a picture displaying method and apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method includes: acquiring a first resolution of a display screen of a client; adjusting, according to the first resolution, a to-be-output picture to obtain an effective display picture, where the effective display picture is displayed at a same ratio as a ratio of the first resolution; and transmitting the effective display picture to the client for display. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, for clients of different resolutions, with an assurance that no black edge or distortion appears in a picture displayed in the client, an effect of one server terminal being capable of supporting clients of various different resolutions is achieved, thereby reducing the complexity of server terminal management, and improving the device utilization of the server terminal.
