Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a robot teaching system, which moves a robot according to an external force applied from the outside so that the robot has a location and posture intended for teaching and then teaches a location and posture of the moved robot, and the robot teaching system comprises: an arm including a plurality of articular shafts and a plurality of links connected by the plurality of articular shafts; a plurality of strain gauges respectively coupled to frames of the plurality of links to measure a deformation value of the link that is deformed by the external force; and a calculating device configured to estimate the external force from the deformation value of the link obtained by the plurality of strain gauges, calculate a teaching force from the external force and move the robot by an operation corresponding to the teaching force.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell including a multi-layered electrolyte layer using a calendering process. The method for manufacturing a solid oxide fuel cell is a continuous process, thus providing high productivity and maximizing facility investment and processing costs. In addition, the solid oxide fuel cell manufactured by the method includes an anode that is free of interfacial defects and has a uniform packing structure, thereby advantageously greatly improving the production yield and power density. In addition, the solid oxide fuel cell has excellent interfacial bonding strength between respective layers included therein, and includes a multi-layered electrolyte layer in which the secondary phase at the interface is suppressed and which has increased density, thereby advantageously providing excellent output characteristics and long-term stability even at an intermediate operating temperature.

Abstract: A probe for measuring the activity of caspase-1 according to the present disclosure can specifically image cells or tissues where inflammatory response is induced because it is cleaved by reacting specifically with the active caspase-1 enzyme in vivo and in vitro and re-emits fluorescence. The probe for measuring the activity of caspase-1 is applicable both in vivo and in vitro, and can be used for various applications such as high-throughput screening for new drug development, early diagnosis of diseases, etc.
