    摘要: A double-action mechanical press is capable of easily keeping the dynamic balance, simpler in structure and provides an improved processing accuracy by maintaining the parallelism in upper and lower rams. The double-action mechanical press has a crank mechanism within a double-action crown. The crank mechanism comprises a crankshaft having two of first eccentric sections and two of second eccentric sections. A bed includes two oppositely rotatable toggle linkage mechanisms which rotate oppositely from one another. The two first eccentric sections are connected to the upper ram to move it in the upward and downward directions. The two of second eccentric sections are connected to the lower ram through a plurality of upright rods with the two toggle linkage mechanisms to move the lower ram in the upward and downward directions.

    摘要: A slide-type pressing machine has a stroke length adjustment mechanism in which: changing of the stroke length does not effect the bottom dead center position of the press, adjustment is simplified, and the press is suitable for high speed pressing operations. The slide-type pressing machine has an eccentric section of a crank shaft which causes a slider to move up and down. An arm extends past a fixed pivot of an upper toggle link. One end of the arm is connected to the slider by a connecting link. A drive link and a drive connecting link are connected by a connecting pivot. A worm wheel is disposed on a frame, and is concentric with the connecting pivot when the slide is at bottom dead center. The worm wheel is arranged so that its rotation angle can be adjusted. A second arm is disposed in a radial direction from the axis of the worm wheel. A second pin is located at an end of the second arm. The second pin is connected to the connecting pivot via a third link. The motion of the connecting pivot is restricted to either an arcuate or linear path. The position of the second pin is changed to adjust the stroke length of the slide and the bottom dead center is kept fixed.

    摘要: A slide-driving device for knuckle presses employs a side link affixed at a base end to the knuckle press, and pivoted at its outer end to a junction between links that drive the slide. The side link maintains a very small slope angle for the lower link, which raises and lowers the slide. The small slope angle prevents thrust force from being generated on the slide, and enables performing high-precision molding of products even with extrusion operations, where the molding is started from a position high above the bottom dead center of the slide. In one embodiment of the invention, the base end of the side link is rigidly affixed to the frame of the knuckle press. In a second embodiment of the invention, a bottom dead center compensation device adjusts the position of the outer end of the side link at bottom dead center to compensate for changes in the linkage.

    摘要: A force impulse generator designed for machines with impulse action used for press working of metals, ceramics, cermet and other materials can produce force impulses with high values and large amplitude of displacement of the impulse body with reduced overall size, high efficiency, increased service life and neutralized side forces. A presser carriage is provided for the stamp holder and is guided in the machine frame in such a way that it can move back and forth. A knee lever is provided that has two arms, one of which is connected to the machine frame and the other of which is connected to the presser carriage. A connecting rod operatively interconnects the angle lever with the knee lever.

    摘要: A drive system for the cutting station in a platen press has four toggle joints supporting the platen and each having a cam follower for moving the toggle joint by an associated rotating cam. The four toggle joints are disposed in pairs perpendicularly to the transport direction of sheets in the press. The pairs of toggle joints are aligned, with one pair of toggle joints being disposed between the other pair. The toggle joints are connected to a release device controlled by a security coupling. The cams are mounted on a common shaft provided at one end with a braking mechanism. Declutching of the security coupling simultaneously commands operation of each release device and of the braking mechanism.
