摘要: The present invention provides a detection method, a detection system, and a detection device for flexible substrate; and the detection method comprises: obtaining the light intensity distribution by parallel light with the same intensity transmitted through the flexible substrate; finding a difference point of light intensity from the light intensity distribution; obtaining a position of the difference point of light intensity corresponding to the flexible substrate, and the position is treated as an abnormal position in the flexible substrate. Wherein the difference point of light intensity is a point where the light intensity is different from the light intensity of the surrounding area. The abnormal positions can be obtained by the detection method of the present invention.

The substrate surface defect detection device requires significantly less time than conventional substrate surface defect detection devices.

摘要: In order to detect defects in display panels by an automatic way accurately and quickly, the present invention proposes a method combining image feature extraction and classifier model. It calculates the histograms of oriented gradient (HOG) of images of the display panel collected by an industrial camera of a detection apparatus as feature vectors. Then use them as input samples to train the classifier model to recognize the defects of the display panel.

摘要: Systems and methods for detecting the presence or absence of screen covers on electronic device screens are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes obtaining an image of a front side of an electronic device and automatically identifying line segments in the image. For each identified line segment, the method includes calculating the angle of the identified line segment. The method further includes determining an amount of the line segments having vertical or horizontal orientations. If the amount of identified vertical or horizontal line segments exceeds a predetermined threshold amount, then the presence of a screen cover is indicated.

From at least one point of view, in frequencies of the moirés that are equal to or less than a frequency threshold value and are calculated for each color from two peak frequencies and two peak intensities of 2DFFT spectra of transmittance image data of rhomboid wiring patterns which are not made to be irregular and luminance image data of pixel array patterns of the respective colors at the time of lighting up for each single color, the thin metal lines has a quadrilateral wiring pattern in which angles of rhomboid shapes of rhomboid wiring patterns, each of which allows the indicator of evaluation of moirés to be equal to or less than the evaluation threshold value, are made to be irregular in a predetermined range. The indicator of evaluation is calculated from evaluation values of the moirés of the respective colors obtained by applying human visual response characteristics in accordance with an observation distance to intensities of the moirés equal to or greater than an intensity threshold value.
