    摘要: A proximity sensor includes a circuit board provided with a processing circuit, a light emitting device mounted on the surface of the circuit board, and a light-transmitting cylindrical light guide surrounding the portion of the circuit board having the light emitting device mounted thereon and guiding the outgoing light from the light emitting device to be emitted to outside. The cylindrical light guide includes the first light emitting surface as the first light outgoing region causing the light emitted from the light emitting device to pass therethrough and directly emitting the light to outside, a reflective surface reflecting the light emitted from the light emitting device to guide the light through the cylindrical light guide in the circumferential direction, and the second light emitting surface as the second light outgoing region emitting, to outside, the light reflected on the reflective surface and propagated through the cylindrical light guide.

    摘要: Inductive Proximity Sensors are non-contact sensing devices used in manufacturing processes to sense metal targets. In practice, it is common for objects to contact the sensor causing the sensor to malfunction. An inductive sensor with improved durability is required. An inductive proximity sensor includes an exterior housing, an interior sensing coil and electronic circuit, and a connector. The Exterior housing is produced from one piece of metal bar, bored from one end to the tip of the other end, leaving the cylindrical tube open only on one end. The Exterior Housing is produced with an Inside Dimension that is smaller than previous proximity sensors and places the coil and electronic circuit further away from the Outside Dimension of the Exterior Housing. The interior sensing coil and electronic circuit are protected by the thick casing of the Exterior housing to improve structural rigidity and the longevity of operation in manufacturing processes.

    摘要: The invention is directed to a control element, particularly in a central control unit. A magnet clamping system is integrated into a control element in order to render the function “slider setting” unequivocal. In addition to an actuator head that is positioned on a shaft, which is guided in a cylinder, for example, and at least one circuit board having LEDs, the control element includes a magnetic device having a designated magnet, which is functionally connected to the actuator head. When the actuator head is moved vertically by sliding, the magnetic device lifts off the magnet due to tilting, which causes a code disc attached to the actuator head to be brought into an inclined position such that a light flow on the light barriers formed by the LEDs is disrupted and/or opened up. In a further embodiment, this control element also includes press and rotate functions.

The method includes configuring two inductive coil wound bobbins with an integral ledge cantilevered from an inside surface thereof for forming a pocket under the integral ledge at a bottom of each bobbin; disposing each inductive coil wound bobbin around a corresponding leg of the inductive core; containing a foot of each core leg into the pocket of the corresponding bobbin; inserting each of two legs of a thruster element into a corresponding bobbin so that each leg rests upon the ledge of the corresponding bobbin; disposing the inductive core, inductive coil wound bobbins, and thruster element into the housing; disposing a spring element on a top surface of the thruster element; and compressing the spring element against the top surface of the thruster element.
