    摘要: In a quartz crystal unit, the unit comprising a case, a quartz crystal tuning fork resonator and a lid, the resonator having a tuning fork base, and first and second tuning fork tines, each of the first and second tuning fork tines having a first side surface and a second side surface opposite the first side surface, the first side surface of the first tuning fork tine confronting the second side surface of the second tuning fork tine; at least one groove having a plurality of surfaces including a first surface being formed in at least one of first and second main surfaces of each of the first and second tuning fork tines so that only the first surface of the at least one groove is directly opposite the first side surface of the corresponding tuning fork tine and a width of the at least one groove is greater than or equal to a distance in the width direction of the at least one groove measured from an outer edge of the at least one groove to an outer edge of the corresponding one of the first and second tuning fork tines and less than 0.07 mm.

    摘要: An audio speaker is provided including a housing having a first array of housing retaining elements aligned in a first direction and a first sealing surface. Each housing retaining elements has a housing channel region formed therein. The audio speaker further includes a frame element having a speaker assembly mounted thereon and a second array of frame retaining elements aligned in the first direction and a second sealing surface, where the second array of frame retaining elements are positioned to interleave with the first array of housing retaining elements when the second sealing surface is disposed over the first sealing surface. Each frame retaining element has a frame channel region formed therein. The audio speaker further includes a first rod disposed within the housing channel regions of the first array of housing retaining elements and the frame channel regions of the second array of frame retaining elements.

In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving, at a first diaphragm, a first pressure, wherein the first diaphragm is composed of metal; transferring, from the first diaphragm, to a first sensor, the first pressure using a first oil region, wherein the first oil region is disposed between the first diaphragm and the first sensor; receiving, at the first sensor, the first pressure; measuring, by the first sensor, the first pressure to generate a first pressure signal; and outputting, from the first sensor, to a first header pin, the first pressure signal, wherein the first header pin is electrically coupled to the first sensor using a first conductive glass frit.
