摘要: The present disclosure is directed to chemical additives for geopolymer cements that can improve the rheological properties of geopolymer cements. These chemical additives include sulfates and selenates of a specific formula as well as hydroxycarboxylic acid salts of Li, Na, and K including but not limited to glycolic, lactic, citric, mandelic tartaric, and malic acids. The chemical additives for geopolymer cements disclosed herein can facilitate the uniform mixing, increase the time mixtures can be transported, and improve the ability to place and finish concrete and mortars made with the geopolymer cements.

摘要: High-strength flowable fill compositions are disclosed. The compositions include cement, aggregate (e.g. sand), water, coloring agent, polymer, and fibers. In an embodiment, the compositions include an accelerant, e.g., calcium chloride and/or an air entraining agent. The compositions have a compressive strength of between 10 psi and 500 psi after 1 day, a compressive strength of between 300 psi and 1300 psi after 7 days, and a compressive strength of between 1000 psi and 2500 psi after 28 days.

摘要: A hydraulic binder includes at least 70% by weight of a solid mineral compound consisting of at least one mixture of silica, alumina and alkaline-earth metal oxides, the total sum of CaO and MgO representing at least 10% by weight of the solid mineral compound, and an activation system of which at least 30% by weight is a phosphoric acid-derived salt. Construction products can obtained from a mortar composition including such a binder.
