    摘要: An insulated container for receiving food, beverages, ice, and the like having insulated side walls and a hinged cover. The hinged cover is hinged at an intermediate hinge point between first and second cover members wherein one of said covers has a channel extending from one side of the cover member to the other so that fluid flowing between said hinge point flows outwardly along said channel. The longitudinal edge of said channel has a bead which is received within a recess of said second cover member and a downward enlargement extending axially along said cover member extends into said channel. A further improvement includes sloping the channel so that gravitational flow of fluid can take place along said channel toward the exterior thereof. The entire container can be mounted on a cart for movement.

    摘要: Disclosed is a hypodermic injection device wherein the needle can be retracted into the reservoir chamber, after use, for disposal. The device includes a plunger having a needle-retention chamber in the end of the plunger closest to the needle structure. The end portion of the needle can be resilient, and shaped, such that the end of the needle can be retained in the needle-retention chamber when the plunger reaches the end of its stroke toward the needle. Other structures for ensuring retention of the needle is the needle-retention chamber are also disclosed. Also disclosed is structure of ensuring that the needle cannot be relocated for re-use, once it has been withdrawn into the reservoir chamber, and structure avoiding accidental retention of the needle in the needle-retention chamber.

    摘要: A beverage container having a spigot with a faucet for dispensing beverages. The spigot is removably secured within the walls of the beverage container by a hex nut having exterior protuberances or nibs. The faucet is removably secured to the spigot outside of the beverage container by a winged connector backed by a spring clip for removably securing the spigot to the faucet. The winged connector is used as a key for engaging the nibs or protuberances of the securement nut for causing it to turn and be tightened or loosened from the threads of the spigot, thereby allowing the removal of the spigot from the beverage container.
