摘要： A system and method for determining a residual life of a swivel. The method includes determining at least one of an angular rotation, a linear displacement and a rotational direction of at least one swivel and determining rotational count of the at least one swivel based on the determined at least one of the angular rotation, the linear displacement and the rotational direction of the at least one swivel. Further, the method includes indicating a residual life information of the at least one swivel based on the determined rotational count of the at least one swivel. Further, the embodiments herein also provide an electronic device for determining residual life of a swivel.

摘要： A swivel joint includes a tail section and a body portion that define a passageway therethrough and which can rotate relative to one another. One or more seals and bearings can be disposed between the tail section and the body portion. An electrical conductivity grease fitting can be mounted within a bore hole in the body portion. The electrical conductivity grease fitting can have a lubricant passed therethrough to lubricate the bearings. The electrical conductivity grease fitting has a first portion in electrical communication with the body portion and a second portion that is biased into electrical communication with the tail section to maintain electrical conductivity between the tail section and the body portion.

摘要： A breakaway coupling includes a body and a valve assembly inside the body. The body includes a fluid conduit and a shear groove between first and second portions. The shear groove is designed to crack, break, or separate under certain conditions. The valve assembly is designed to shut off fluid flow through the fluid conduit when the shear groove cracks, breaks, or separates. The valve assembly includes a valve seat, a sealing element, one or more pins, and a biasing member. The one or more pins hold the sealing element in an open position while the shear groove is in tack, and allow the sealing element to move to a closed position (with the help of the biasing member) in the event the shear groove cracks, breaks, or separates.

摘要： Lock down units and loading arms with lock down units are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a loading arm includes a product delivery pipe pivotally coupled to a product standpipe such that the product delivery pipe is rotatable in a vertical plane. A rocker assembly is coupled to the product delivery pipe. A support arm may be pivotally connected to the product standpipe and slidably coupled to the rocker assembly such that the support arm and the rocker assembly are slidable with respect to one another. The support arm comprises a plurality of slots. A locking pawl is affixed to the rocker assembly and selectively engagable with the slots such that, when the locking pawl is engaged with a slot of the support arm, the locking pawl couples the support arm to the rocker assembly, thereby preventing the product delivery pipe from being raised in the vertical plane.

摘要： A micro-rotary screener for removing airborne materials from an airstream includes a shell for defining a generally drum-shaped shell, the shell including a first passageway for receiving the airstream and a second passageway for discharging cleaned air. A multi-blade rotating air lock within the shell includes an odd number of rotor lock blades for defining an odd number of pockets into which the airstream is directed. A drive is provided for causing the multi-blade rotating lock to rotate. Seals are attached to the rotor lock blades for contacting inner portions of the shell and restricting airflow between the plurality of pockets. Screens are attached to the edges of the rotor lock blades, and rotate therewith, for filtering airborne materials and for releasing filtered materials during rotation of the multi-blade rotating air lock. A material-discharge bin is provided for receiving filtered materials after they have been released from the screens.
