摘要: A data collection and processing system includes a hand-held tool for measuring the spacing between two locations on a test object such as automobile body panels. The tool generates and transmits a measurement signal to a remote data processing unit in response to a single operator input. The data processing unit compares the measurement signal with a predetermined range of values and classifies the measurement signal as either in-range data (i.e., when the measurement falls within the range of values) or out-of-range data (i.e., when the measurement falls outside of said range of values). If the measurement signal reflects an in-range measurement, the database is updated with the measurement signal as being in/out of specification. If the measurement signal reflects an out-of-range measurement, the signal is classified as a functional flag, advancing the system to a next measurement group or confirming vehicle status (e.g., measurement complete or hold for re-work).

摘要: A test fixture, system and method are provided for concentricity measurement tool calibration. A test fixture may include a rotor simulating member including a rotor mount; a stator simulating member including a stator mount; an adjustable positioner for positioning the rotor simulating member and the stator simulating member in a selected one of a plurality of predetermined concentricity positions relative to one another; and a support for positioning the rotor simulating member and the stator simulating member on the ground. The test fixture can be used to calibrate concentricity measurement tool, such as an electronic radial alignment gauge, prior to use and/or in situations where the actual rotor or stator have not been manufactured.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of detecting a buildup of silt in a pipe or open channel of a fluid flow network. The pipe or open channel has a system with at least one set of velocity sensors to measure flow velocities at predetermined horizontal levels. The method includes the steps of computing flow using measured flow velocities and cross-sectional areas for each flow layer, summing the flows to provide a total flow, monitoring the measured flow velocities and storing the measured flow velocities to detect any ongoing reduction in flow velocity of at least a lowermost velocity sensor to provide an indication of a buildup of silt in the pipe or open channel.

摘要: An elevator balance coefficient detection method includes the following steps: (1) connecting an electrical energy detection device to a power line of an elevator driving motor, and connecting a speed detection device to a mechanical transmission member of an elevator car; (2) measuring and recording in real time the car speed data and driving motor power data when the car and a counterweight move to a same horizontal location; and (3) based on above detection data and basic parameters of the elevator to be tested, and according to transmission relationship between the elevator's operating condition and energy during operation, calculating and obtaining the value of the balance coefficient. A corresponding device includes an elevator data acquiring system and a detection data processing system. The elevator electrical energy detection device is an AC broadband power measuring device. The elevator speed measuring device is a steel rope displacement measuring device employing a photoelectric mouse chip circuit component or a tachometer type speed measuring device. The invention has the advantages of quick measuring and high accuracy of measuring.
