摘要: The invention relates to a heating module for an exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine, said heating module comprising at least one inlet opening and at least one outlet opening by means of which the heating module can be connected to the exhaust gas system, wherein a main line and a secondary line are provided between the inlet opening and the outlet opening to guide an exhaust gas flowing through the heating module, said main line and secondary line being in connection with one another at their upstream ends via a branching section and at their downstream ends via a merging chamber. A control device for controlling the exhaust gas flow flowing through the main line is further provided in the main line. The heating module is characterized in that the heating module comprises an oxidation catalyst that is at least sectionally arranged in the merging chamber. The invention further relates to a corresponding method.

The device further comprises a cooling channel (25) through which a cooling fluid can flow and which is thermally conductively connected to the cold side of the thermoelectric module. The cooling channel has at least one opening to the cold side of the thermoelectric module and is sealed in a fluid-tight manner around the opening with respect to the hot side of the thermoelectric module.

摘要: A flap valve device for controlling a gas flow through a tubular duct includes a valve flap which is rotatably supported at a valve housing by a valve shaft. At least two rotary bearings are provided for supporting the valve flap at the valve housing and are received in respective bearing domes. The bearing domes are arranged in the region of respective shaft leadthroughs of the valve housing which are provided for the valve shaft. At least one of the bearing domes is designed as a shaped sheet metal part separate from the valve housing.

摘要: A secondary air system for the supply of secondary air into at least one exhaust gas outlet passage of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, wherein at least one secondary air passage provided in the cylinder head is associated with the exhaust gas outlet passage and opens into the exhaust gas outlet passage and into an outer connection surface of the cylinder head. A base plate is provided which can be placed onto the connection surface of the cylinder head and which is provided with secondary air stubs which each engage into a secondary air passage when the base plate is in place. The base plate is provided on its outer side remote from the connection side with at least one hood via which the supplied secondary air is distributed to a plurality of secondary air stubs.

摘要: An exhaust gas system includes an exhaust manifold, in particular a single-wall exhaust manifold, which includes a plurality of inlet pipes for connection to exhaust gas outlets of an internal combustion engine and a collector device for the combining of the inlet pipes. The collector device has an outlet opening which is connected to downstream elements of the exhaust gas system, wherein the collector device is resistant to bending and the inlet pipes are comparatively flexible with respect to the collector device. The collector device includes an inlet pipe stub which is likewise resistant to bending and which is made for the direct connection to an exhaust gas outlet of an internal combustion engine.
