    摘要: A cartridge filter having a cylindrical filter element, which is pleated parallel to its axis and is made of a layered non-woven unitary fabric. The fabric is permeable by air flow in the radial direction and is used in fresh air-supply filtration with initial pressure losses of less than 300 Pa at air flow rates through the filter medium of less than 250 m.sup.3 /m.sup.2 h. The non-woven fabric has a mass per unit area of 100 to 500 g/m.sup.2, and a thickness of 1.5-7.0 mm mm. It is made of layered staple fibers of a titer of 0.1 to 50 decitex, which are bonded by a thermally softened binding agent. A bottom layer bordering on the downstream side is contained in the non-woven fabric, having a thickness of 10 to 60% of the overall thickness, and is compressed two to ten times as much as a top layer bordering on the upstream flow side having a thickness of 10-60% of the overall thickness. One or more intermediate layers link the top and bottom layers to one another. The fabric is unitary in structure, in that it is not a composite formed of separate layers which must be subsequently joined together.

    摘要: A hydraulic sleeve having at least two liquid-filled working chambers. These chambers are in flow communication with one another through a damping channel. The hydraulic sleeve comprises an inner supporting body surrounded by an outer supporting body. A radial clearance is maintained between the inner and outer supporting bodies. An elastic spring element of elastomeric material is arranged in the gap formed by the radial clearance, and at least one separately produced insertion part is arranged in at least one of the working chambers. The elastic spring element has an essentially triangular cross-section and bounds the first working chamber. The insertion part is arranged within the triangularly bounded, first working chamber, has an essentially .OMEGA.-shaped cross-section, and divides the first working chamber into three sectional chambers. The sectional chambers are in flow communication with one another through two throttle orifices that are bounded by the elastic spring element and the insertion part.

    摘要: A sealing arrangement in which a rotary shaft lip seal is arranged in a housing bore hole under radial prestressing. The lip seal has a sealing lip sealingly surrounding a shaft to be sealed. The sealing lip is arranged on a first, radially inwardly pointing leg of a thrust ring made of tough material. An axially extending second leg of the thrust ring is provided with a coating of elastomer contiguous with the sealing lip on its radial exterior that is also under radial prestress when positioned against the wall delimiting the housing bore hole. A roller bearing is arranged in the radial direction between the second leg and the shaft, and the sealing lip is arranged in the axial direction on the side of the roller bearing and the first leg facing the space to be sealed. The second leg is at least partially enclosed by the coating on an end face facing away in the axial direction and, together with the coating, can be positioned against a longitudinal limit stop provided by the bore wall in a vibrationally isolated manner.

The counterring has an inner peripheral surface which forms an angle .alpha. of about 0.5.degree. to about 60.degree. with an axis of rotation, and the radial clearance in which the sealing ring is arranged is greater on the side facing the radial segment of the engaging ring than on the side facing the slide ring.

    摘要: A device for sealing the annular gap between a housing and a shaft supported in the housing. The device comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, and an elastomeric sealing member joined to the outer ring. The sealing member has three sealing lips, of which only the first abuts, under prestressing, against the inner ring. The two other sealing lips are configured in such a way that, between their outer ends and the sections of the inner ring lying opposite to their outer ends, gaps are formed which act as a contact-free sealing. In addition, a gap may be provided between a radially extending annular disk portion of the sealing member and an outer flanged section of the inner ring axially opposite the annular disk portion. That gap and the gaps at the ends of the second and third sealing lips form a labyrinth seal.
