    摘要: A device is provided. The device is arranged in a wafer box and is configured to simulate to measure physical properties of a surface of a wafer in the wafer box during an air filling and exchanging operation on the wafer box when the wafer box is closed. The device includes one or more simulating members and one or more sensors. Each simulating members is arranged in one receiving groove. The physical properties of a surface of each simulating member received in the one receiving groove matches with the physical properties of the surface of the wafer received in the one receiving groove. At least one of the one or more sensors is arranged on a corresponding simulating member, each sensor is configured to measure the physical properties of a surface of a corresponding simulating member. A related wafer box is also provided.

    摘要: A light emitting diode structure includes an electrically conductive substrate, a first lighting structure having a first n-type semiconductor layer, a first active layer and a first p-type semiconductor layer and a second lighting structure having a second n-type semiconductor layer, a second active layer and a second p-type semiconductor layer. The first n-type semiconductor layer is electrically connected with the second p-type semiconductor layer and the first p-type semiconductor layer is electrically connected with the second n-type semiconductor layer. A first transparent, conductive layer is formed on the first lighting structure and a second transparent, conductive layer is formed on the second lighting structure. The first transparent, conductive layer and the second transparent, conductive layer are connected together to combine the first lighting structure with the second lighting structure.

The interlayer defines an opening to receive the LEDs. An outer periphery of the interlayer and two facing faces of the base and the cover form a plurality of grooves in a periphery of the LED glass. An adhesive material is filled in each of the grooves to fix the cover, the interlayer and the base together. A method for manufacturing the LED glass is also provided.
