    摘要: A tablet has a first layer printed using visible ink and a second layer printed using invisible ink. The first layer includes characters, a trademark, or the like printed using the visible ink, which can be visually confirmed by an administrator in charge or a tablet user. The second layer includes a barcode or the like printed using the invisible ink, which cannot be visually confirmed by the administrator or the tablet user. The second layer is visualized by black light or the like so as to be made readable. The tablet is subjected to print processing by a tablet printing device provided with conveying disks A to C conveying the tablet while sucking and supporting a side surface of the tablet. The first layer 51 and the second layer are printed by inkjet heads, respectively.

A nozzle taper angle (θ1) is set in a range of 5° to 15°, and a cap taper angle (θ2) is set in a range of 20° to 40°. Atomizing air (A) is jetted from a nozzle insertion hole (58) toward the center of a nozzle (3). Pattern air (P) is jetted in a spreading suppressed region (R) wherein the flow of the spray mist does not spread over an area greater than or equal to a predetermined cross-sectional area, to the flow of spray mist, and as a result, the spray mist is more uniformly sprayed over a wide range.

    摘要: In a seamless capsule manufacturing apparatus that ejects a droplet from a nozzle into hardening liquid to manufacture a seamless capsule SC, tube passages which are synthetic resin tubes are provided as flexible sections between pumps and the nozzle. The vibration caused by the pumps is absorbed in the flexible sections and thus is not transmitted to the nozzle, whereby eyes or the like of the seamless capsule caused by vibration noises can be suppressed. Instead of a synthetic resin tube, a vibration absorbing block formed of an elastic member may be attached to the tube passages. Alternatively, a vibration absorbing unit, which is provided with a pad formed of an elastic member and for holding the tube passages, may be provided.

    摘要: A deviation handling apparatus for a continuous production system of granulated products includes a storage section for temporarily storing the products, an inspection section for inspecting selected physical properties of the products, a moving route switching section for switching the moving route of the products according to the results of the inspection and a discharge path for discharging the products judged as not meeting the specifications. The storage section has two shutoff valves and a storage chamber formed therebetween. The switching section has a switching valve having a normal position and a deviation position for causing a conveyance route to communicate with the discharge path. The deviation handling apparatus closes the shutoff valves to store products in the storage chamber and inspect properties of the products. When off-specification products are detected, the switching valve is switched to the deviation position and the products are discharged.

An installation position of the spray gun (31) can be finely adjusted by the multi-function unit (32) during a coating process, thereby enabling a control for keeping constant distances between tablet surfaces and the spray gun (31).
