摘要: Provided is a work vehicle capable of satisfying a user's demand to brake performance in a flexible manner. A wheel loader 1 comprises a controller 5 storing a plurality of control characteristics each of which is set such that a brake valve control pressure Pi of a solenoid proportional valve 45 increases as a pedal angle θ of a brake pedal 43 increases, and under the condition where a pedal angle θ is equal to or less than a predetermined pedal angle θ, an increase rate of the brake valve control pressure Pi with respect to the pedal angle θ varies. In a case where the pedal angle θ detected by a potentiometer 33 is equal to or less than the predetermined pedal angle θth, the controller 5, calculates the brake valve control pressure Pi based on the selected one control characteristic.

摘要: A left console device (11) disposed on an entrance (8A)-side of a cab (8) is provided with a gate lock device (19). The gate lock device (19) includes a gate lock lever (20) which has an operating part (20C) to be operated by an operator and is rotationally displaced between a lock position and an unlock position, and a spring member (22) which urges the gate lock lever (20) toward the lock position or the unlock position. The spring member (22) is configured to urge the gate lock lever (20) toward the unlock position when the operating part (20C) of the gate lock lever (20) is in a height position lower than an upper surface (16C) of the left console device (11) (an upper cover (16)) and urges the gate lock lever (20) toward the lock position when the operating part (20C) of the gate lock lever (20) is in a height position higher than the upper surface (16C) of the left console device (11).

摘要: A position/posture computing section determines that an azimuth of an upper swing structure calculated at a GNSS receiver is of low quality when at least one of a posture angle of the upper swing structure acquired at a machine-body IMU and a posture angle of a front work implement acquired at a boom IMU is equal to or larger than a threshold value, executes a bias removal computation on the basis of the quality of the azimuth and the azimuth of the upper swing structure calculated at the GNSS receiver, calculates a corrected azimuth of the upper swing structure on the basis of the azimuth of the upper swing structure calculated at the GNSS receiver, and an angular velocity of the upper swing structure from which a gyro bias has been removed, and computes a three-dimensional position and posture of the front work implement by using the corrected azimuth.

摘要: A management server receives a maximum value and a minimum value of the respective voltages in a plurality of battery cells configuring an electricity storage device of a hydraulic excavator from the hydraulic excavator, and stores the values in a storage device. Discharge characteristics of the electricity storage device are stored in the storage device in the management server. A battery state estimation calculating unit in the management server calculates an estimation maximum value and an estimation minimum value of cell voltages in the present or in the future by adding the discharge characteristics stored in the storage device to the latest maximum value and the latest minimum value of the cell voltages stored in the storage device. A management information producing unit outputs information based upon the estimation maximum value and the estimation minimum value of the cell voltages calculated in the battery state estimation calculating unit.

摘要: A work machine includes: a main circuit that supplies a working fluid from a pump to an actuator; a pilot circuit that introduces part of the working fluid from the pump, to a pilot pressure receiving section of a control valve; a bleed-off passage that connects the pump and a tank. The pilot circuit is provided with: a first pressure reducing valve that generates a pilot primary pressure; and second and third pressure reducing valves that generate a pilot secondary pressure to be applied to the control valve and a bleed-off valve. A moving area of a spool of the bleed-off valve has a first moving area where an opening area of a restrictor changes stepwise, and a second moving area where the opening area of the restrictor changes continuously. A controller controls the third pressure reducing valve such that the spool is positioned in the first moving area at the time of non-operation of the actuator, and the spool is positioned in the second moving area at the time of operation of the actuator. The restrictor of the bleed-off valve has a restricting hole that gives a resistance to the working fluid passing therethrough in a case the spool is positioned in the first moving area.

摘要: An operation assistance system for a work machine includes an operation assistance function and a work assistance function. Both of the operation assistance function and the work assistance function are switchable between enabled and disabled states. When the work assistance function is in an enabled state and when the work area is set outside of the stop area to surround the stop area, the operation assistance system sets the work area as the stop area such that the stop area is extended and overlaid on the work area, and automatically enables the operation assistance function when the operation assistance function is in a disabled state.

摘要: Provided is a dump truck capable of switching a destination of supply of hydraulic oil from a hoist cylinder to a fan motor at an appropriate time. A dump truck comprising: a hydraulic pump for discharging a hydraulic oil by a driving force of the engine; a hoist cylinder for raising and lowering a vessel by the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a fan motor for driving a fan that supplies a radiator with cooling air by the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a selector valve capable of being switched between a first position for supplying the hoist cylinder with the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump and a second position for supplying the fan motor with the hydraulic oil; and a controller configured to, in a case where the selector valve is in the first position, determine whether an inflow pressure of the hydraulic oil flowing into the selector valve is less than a threshold value, and in a case of determining that the inflow pressure is less than the threshold value, switch the selector valve from the first position to the second position.
