    摘要: A valve apparatus 1 for a pressure-actuated system has a pressure medium input 7 and a pressure medium output 22. A relay valve 8 controls the pressure medium input 7. A pressure-actuatable inlet valve 23 is arranged between the relay valve 8 and the pressure medium output 22. Each pressure medium output 22 includes a pressure-actuatable outlet valve 28 controlling a fluidic connection of the pressure medium output 22 to a purge 16 leading to atmosphere. At least one outlet valve 28 or inlet valve 23 is formed as a diaphragm valve and has a valve diaphragm 29 which lies on a valve seat 30 and opens against the pressure in a purge chamber 31. For each diaphragm valve, an electrically actuatable purge valve 33 controls a fluidic connection of the purge chamber 31 to a purge line controlling the relay valve 8.

    摘要: A brake interface circuit for use with a hybrid drive system includes a brake interface circuit for selectively enabling and disabling the operation of a brake that is actuated by an actuator. The brake interface circuit includes a brake cylinder and an actuator control valve that is adapted to selectively enable and disable the operation of the brake by the actuator. First and second control valves are connected between the brake cylinder and the actuator control valve. The brake interface circuit is operable in a first operating mode to cause the actuator control valve to enable the operation of the brake by the actuator, a second operating mode to cause the actuator control valve to disable operation of the brake by the actuator, and a third operating mode to cause the actuator control valve to enable the operation of the brake by the actuator even though a portion of the brake interface circuit is operated in the second operating mode.

    摘要: A modulator relay valve assembly for selectively controlling brake application to an associated brake chamber is provided. The modulator relay valve assembly comprises a housing having a supply port, a delivery port, a control port, and an exhaust port. A piston is received in the housing defining a control volume in communication with the control port and is movable to control communication among the supply, delivery, and exhaust ports. A quick release valve with a direct passage to atmosphere communicates with the control volume, allowing contaminants to be expelled form the control volume during service and ABS braking. The quick release valve is biased toward an open position allowing communication from a control volume to atmosphere during service brake and ABS brake applications to decrease a pressure exerted by the control volume on the piston.
