摘要: A method and apparatus for the production of reinforced plastic objects uses a body form around which a casing having a cover is placed. The cover includes two cover units which between them defines an opening having an adjustable size and position. The opening provides access into the body form so that reinforced plastic material may be applied therein. The size of the opening is minimized to reduce the amount of environmentally harmful substances escaping therefrom, such as styrene. The position and size of the opening relative to the body form is adjustable to provide a convenient access into the body form.

摘要: A method and a device for adaptive control of the weld parameters in automatic arc welding processes to weld together two workpieces. The arc is arranged to oscillate in the transverse direction of the groove and by measuring the welding current and/or welding voltage on two separate occasions during the deposition of the root run characteristic values are obtained. The values obtained on these two occasions are combined mathematically with a calculated rated value. This rated value corresponds to the height of the root bead of the weld. The discrepancy of the obtained values from the calculated rated value is used to control means arranged to set the weld parameters, thus ensuring that a homogeneous weld is obtained, irrespective of groove variations, such as variations in the gap width between the two workpieces, or variations of other factors affecting the weld.

摘要: A device for dispensing a string or dab of liquid or plastic substance, such as putty, glue, paint or lubricant, to an object includes a pump for feeding the substance through a conduit to a nozzle having a fine discharge opening. A booster is connected to the conduit between the pump and the nozzle and a pressure medium is supplied to the booster. A substance control valve controls flow of the substance through the nozzle, the substance control valve being connected to the pressure medium and including a valve body which is biased in a closing direction by the substance and which is biased in an opening direction by the pressure medium via an actuator. The actuator includes a pressure member, one side of which is actuated by the pressure medium and the opposite side of which is actuated by the substance, the area of said pressure member being considerably larger than the area of said valve body. The device further includes a pressure medium control valve for controlling the substance control valve.

摘要: A machine tool comprising a portal stand having a number of, preferably four, screw pillars and a moveable yoke driven and guided along the screw pillars by means of nuts preferably roller nuts, in the yoke. Tools, machining devices or the like can be attached to the yoke. The nuts are driven simultaneously by a drive motor through a drive shaft extending therefrom. A very good parallel guiding of the yoke is achieved despite uneven loads. When the power demand is high, for example during heavy pressings, an auxiliary cylinder is provided, the piston rod of which is fixed to the yoke.
