    摘要: A multiband planar antenna intended for small-sized radio devices and a radio device. The basic structure of the antenna is a two-resonance P1FA, the radiating plane (320) of which has a structural part (321) corresponding to the lowest operating band and a structural part (322) corresponding to the upper operating band. In addition, a loop resonator (323) operating as a radiator is formed in the radiating plane. The ground conductor (325) of the feed line of the loop is at the same time the short-circuit conductor of the PIFA. The second conductor (326) of the feed line is connected to the opposite end of the loop, and it operates as the feed conductor of the PIFA. At the same time the structural part (321) of the radiating plane that corresponds to the lowest operating band is located between the loop and the structural part of the PIFA that corresponds to the upper operating band, in order to reduce interference between them. The resonance frequency of the loop radiator is arranged on the upper operating band of the antenna, for example. Thus the loop improves the matching of the antenna on the upper operating band and the matching and efficiency on the lowest operating band as well. This is based on additional inductance caused by the loop conductor (323) that functions as a part of the feed conductor of the PIFA.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for mounting a radiating antenna element used especially in the manufacture of small-sized radio devices and a radio device with a radiator mounted by the method. A thin thermoplastic plate coated with a metal foil is used in the manufacture of the antenna. A radiator pattern is formed in the metal foil. The antenna component obtained is placed (401) on the surface of some plastic part of the radio device, preferably on the inner surface of the thermoplastic cover of the radio device. The plastic layer of the antenna component becomes positioned against said plastic part, and the component is fastened (402, 403) by fusing together the mating plastic materials, which are against each other. In the complete antenna, the radiator is electrically connected to the other parts of the radio device by means of contacts. The radiator of the antenna of the radio device becomes fastened to the radio device very firmly, which has a stabilizing effect on the electric properties of the antenna. In addition, the antenna can be formed using relatively cheap raw materials.

    摘要: A stepwise regulated filter includes a resonator structure and a coupling connected to the resonator structure. The resonating frequency of a transmission line (HX1) acting as a resonator may be switched between at least three values. The switching is implemented using coupling elements (SL1, SL4) which are in an electromagnetic coupling (M2, M3) with the resonator (HX1). The potentials of the coupling elements (SL1, SL4) are affected by PIN diodes (D1, D2) acting as switches. A RF power signal, which is coupled from the resonator (HX1) to the coupling elements (SL1, SL4), is applied to both terminals of at least one diode (D1) with the same phase and power. Then the voltage across the diode (D1) cannot, in the blocking state, rise to a level that would cause undesirable mixing results or would damage the diode (D1).

That comprises a transmission line resonator (Res), a series connection of an inductive element (MLIN2) and a capacitance diode (D), one end of the series connection being couples to a coupling point in the transmission line resonator, dividing it into two parts (TLIN1, TLIN2), and the other end being couples to the output connector (1) of the radio frequency filter. In addition, means are provided for carrying the direct voltage (V+) to the cathode of the capacitance diode, whereby the series resonance frequency changes according to the control voltage.

    摘要: An antenna intended to be used in a small-sized and flat radio device, and to a radio device which has an antenna according to the invention. The base element of the antenna is a monopole-type conductor (110) internal to the device. This conductor may be designed such that the harmonic nearest to the fundamental resonating frequency can be utilized in providing an upper operating band. In addition to the base element the antenna structure comprises a parasitic element (120) which functions as both an auxiliary radiator and antenna matching element. Matching is optimized using an inductive component (125) which connects the parasitic element to signal ground. The antenna gain achieved is considerably higher than that of known antenna structures occupying the same space (h), and the antenna matching is improved, compared to known internal monopole antennas.
