    摘要: A tool for the machining of workpiece surfaces includes at least one adjustable, geometrically defined cutting edge. The tool additionally includes an adjusting device for the adjusting of the distance of the cutting edge to the central axis of tool. The adjusting device has a drive shaft that acts on an adjusting slide via a gearbox, which determines the distance of cutting edge from the central axis of tool. The adjusting slide may be a round slide arranged eccentrically to the central axis of tool. The gearbox may have a high reduction and may directly act on the adjusting slide.

    摘要: A tool holder includes a hollow taper shank chucking device having a center axis, a chucking device, a tension rod which cooperates with the chucking device and an actuating unit by means of which the tension rod may be actuated, i.e., displaced. The actuating unit has an actuating element which is movable at an angle relative to the center axis and which includes at least one actuating part. The angle may be 90°. The tension rod is provided with at least one engagement part. The actuating part and engagement part form a wedge mechanism which is used to convert a radial motion of the actuating element, i.e., a displacement perpendicular to the center axis, into an axial displacement of the tension rod in the direction of the center axis.

    摘要: The invention relates to a reamer which comprises a shaft comprising a traction part and in the axial direction thereof, a working area which is provided with at least one interchangeable tool part and at least one pressure body which is fixed thereto. The tool part is embodied as a hard metal cutting plate, in particular, as an indexable insert. According to the invention, the cutting surface of the cutting plate is arranged at a distance of al least 0.02 mm from the cutting edge on one side in the region of the cut part and at least partially has a peak-to-valley height which increases by at least 0.01 mm in order to assure the production of cut fragments in the main cutting area and to prevent a build up of cuts in the region of auxiliary cutting section and/or to simplify the removal of cuts.
