摘要: The present invention relates to a dosing device (too) that is integrally made of molded pulp fiber. The dosing device (too) comprises a container portion (200) for receiving and retaining a dosage material having an opening (250) at an upper side (US) of the dosing device (too) to access the dosage material. The dosing device (too) comprises a handle portion (300) for manually moving the container portion (200) in a dosing process. The handle portion (300) is connected to an outer surface (211) of the container body (210) by a connecting portion (350) of the handle portion (300). A rim portion (252) of the container portion (200), which delimits the opening (250), and the handle portion (300) extend in a common plane (CP) and define a circumferential edge (101) of the dosing device (101). The dosing device (100) comprises a ribbing portion (400), which extends from the circumferential edge (101) at least at the handle portion (300) to a lower side of the dosing device (too), for dissipating mechanical stresses arising in the dosing process. The invention relates also to a method for manufacturing the dosing device (too) and a use of the dosing device (too) for dosing a dosage material.

摘要: A beverage preparation system controls a beverage preparation process by injection of liquid into a cartridge. The system includes a pressure adjustable pump for delivering different pressures upon varying at least one of its drive characteristics such as the speed of the pump, a sensor for measuring an operating parameter of the pump such as a current absorbed by the pump, a now sensor for measuring a liquid flow parameter of liquid injected into the cartridge, and a control unit designed to control an extraction pressure of the cartridge by adjusting the drive characteristics of the pump based on pre-established pressure interpolation data depending on the measured liquid now parameter and the measured operating parameter of the pump.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a non-dairy frozen confectionery, the method comprising the steps of: 1) providing a grain based ingredient mix comprising plant syrup and having 20-40 wt. % solids, pasteurizing the grain based ingredient mix, fermenting the pasteurized grain based mix with a culture, and cooling the fermented grain ingredient based ingredient mix, and 2) providing a nut and/or seed based ingredient mix comprising 40-60 wt. % solids and 3) combining it with the cooled fermented grain based ingredient mix, and freezing while optionally aerating the combined grain and nut and/or seed based mixes, to form a frozen confectionery. The invention also relates to a non-dairy frozen confectionery comprising 3-20 wt. % grain fermented with Streptococcus thermophilus, and 4-40 wt. % seed and/or nuts.

摘要: The invention relates to an expander device (100) for keeping a pouch opening (410) of a pouch (400) open. The expander device (100) comprises a ring member (120), by which a central opening (110) is surrounded. The ring member (120) comprises at least one flap (150) that is convertible between an expanded position and a collapsed position. In the expanded position, the flap (150) extends from the ring member (120) on one side (111) of the central opening (110) to keep clear of the central opening (110) for allowing to bring the ring member (120) into alignment with a circumferential rim section (411) of the pouch opening (410). In the collapsed position, the flap (150) extends from the ring member (120) into or through the central opening (110) so that a fitment section (151) of the flap (150) faces laterally outside with respect to the central opening (110) to be fitted against an inner side surface (412) of the rim section (411) to keep the pouch opening (410) open. The invention further relates to a package system (200) comprising the expander device (100) and a pouch (400) carrying a food product, and to a method for use of said package system (200).
