    摘要: A semi-conductor device in which a semi-conductor element is sealed with a molding resin is disclosed. In the device, adhesion between a semi-conductor chip and the molding resin is achieved mainly by oxygen-crosslinking between silicon in the semi-conductor chip and silicon in the molding resin. The device exhibits excellent moisture-resistant reliability even after mounting.

    摘要: A tape guide for magnetic tape cassettes, comprising a thermosetting resin composition, such as a polyester resin having a glass transition point of not lower than 100.degree. C. containing an inorganic filler such as silicon powder and, optionally, a resin powder such as a tetrafluorethylene resin powder in a proportion of from 60 to 75% by weight based on the total composition. The tape guide has an increased thermal conductivity of 10.times.10.sup.-4 cal/cm.deg.sec or more and a low coefficient of friction and is, therefore, free from undesirable frictional heat generation.

    摘要: A process for producing a microcapsule containing a liquid active material is described, comprising the steps of:(1) dissolving in an organic solvent a polymer, esp. a polysulfone and an active material which has a limited solubility of about 0.01 to about 2 parts by weight in 100 parts by weight of said polymer and which is liquid at room temperature, the amount of said liquid active material added being more than the limited solubility and being about 2 to about 250 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polymer and said organic solvent being capable of dissolving the respective components and being more volatile than said active material;(2) atomizing the resulting solution through a nozzle into a gaseous atmosphere to form a mist of tiny liquid droplets; and(3) removing the solvent from the droplets by evaporation so as to provide a microcapsule having the liquid active material confined by the wall of said microcapsule made of the polymer.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring an optical axis direction in which an intensity of the light transmissive to a specimen to be measured disposed between two polarizers is measured by an orthogonal Nicol optical system which uniaxially comprises a light source, said two polarizers, and a light receptor thereby determining the optical axis direction of the specimen to be measured. The apparatus comprises a conveyor for continuously moving the specimen in an elongated form in the direction intersecting with the orthogonal Nicol optical system at a right angle. An intensity of the transmissive light is measured during the period of time when the specimen is fed from one side of a casing, and removed from the other side of the casing. The casing encases the optical system.
