摘要: The present invention relates to an aflatoxin contamination risk warning molecule and use thereof. The steps are as follows: weighing a quantitative sample, extracting the aflatoxin contamination risk warning molecule to obtain a sample extract, and detecting and analyzing the sample extract to obtain a quantitative result of the aflatoxin contamination risk warning molecule; performing modeling with a chemometrics method using the content of one or more of the aflatoxin contamination risk warning molecules as a variable to obtain a classification prediction model, and performing risk assessment on aflatoxin contamination risk of the sample based on the classification prediction model, wherein a warning molecule of an aflatoxin toxigenic strain is one or a combination of more than one of versiconol (VOH), versicolorin B (Ver B), and 5-methoxysterigmatocystin (5-MST).

摘要: The present invention relates to the microbiological field, and particularly relates to a Leclercia adcarboxglata biocontrol strain efficiently inhibiting production of aflatoxins by Aspergillus flavus. The Leclercia adcarboxglata biocontrol strain Wt16 was deposited at China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on Jun. 13, 2017, and the accession number of the strain is CCTCC No. M2017331. The Leclercia adcarboxglata strain Wt16 is isolated from peanut pods for the first time which can significantly inhibit aflatoxins production by Aspergillus flavus, and also has an extremely good effect on inhibiting aflatoxins production by Aspergillus flavus for peanuts from different sources.

摘要: A time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic kit for simultaneous detection of mixed contamination of five mycotoxins such as aflatoxin B1 and an application thereof are disclosed. The kit comprises a time-resolved fluorescent immunochromatographic test strip and sample reaction vials each containing a europium-labeled monoclonal antibody lyophilized product; wherein the fluorescent test strip comprises a PVC substrate, and a surface of the PVC substrate is adhered with a water absorbing pad (1), a detection pad (2) and a sample pad (3) from top to bottom, adjacent pads being connected and overlapping at connections. The detection pad (2) adopts a nitrocellulose membrane as the base thereof and is arranged with a lateral quality control line (5) and five detection lines (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) from top to bottom each covered by a bovine serum albumin conjugate of each toxin. The fumonisin B1 monoclonal antibody is generated by the hybridoma cell strain Fm7A11 having China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) accession number C201636. The kit is applicable to simultaneous detection of mixed contamination of aflatoxin B1, fumonisin B1, ochratoxin A, zearalenone and sterigmatocystin.

摘要: The present invention relates to an early warning method before the occurrence of aflatoxin contamination. The steps are as follows: extracting toxins from the sample to obtain a sample extract, and subjecting the sample extract to detection and analysis by liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometer, performing qualitative analysis based on the mass spectrometry information to obtain qualitative results, performing quantitative analysis based on a standard curve of the chromatographic peak area of each warning molecule/the peak area of the internal standard-warning molecule concentration to obtain quantitative results of these warning molecules, wherein a risk of aflatoxin contamination of the sample is assessed to obtain a classification prediction model, inputting the quantitative results of the warning molecules for a toxigenic strain of Aspergillus flavus, and outputting a risk assessment result based on the classification prediction model, thereby achieving the early warning before aflatoxin contamination occurs.
