The etch stop layer is characterized by a thickness having at least a first thickness portion and a second thickness portion. The second thickness portion includes an etch stop surface region. The partially completed integrated circuit device additionally includes a silicon dioxide material provided within the first thickness portion of the etch stop layer. The partially completed integrated circuit device includes a silicon nitride material provided within the second thickness portion of the etch stop layer. In addition, the partially completed integrated circuit device includes a profile characterized by the silicon dioxide material in the first thickness portion changing to the silicon nitride material in the second thickness portion.

A battery enveloping assembly and a battery incorporating such an enveloping assembly are disclosed. The enveloping assembly comprises an explosion-proof assembly and an enveloping plate. A casing extends downwardly from the enveloping plate. An external surface of the enveloping plate is provided with a connection portion protruding outwardly relative to the casing. A cavity configured to house the explosion-proof assembly is formed in the casing. A lower portion of the casing is bent inwardly to form a bending portion so as to secure the explosion-proof assembly inside the casing in an insulating and sealing manner. A first through hole through which an electrode is connected to the explosion-proof assembly is provided at a center of the bending portion, and a second through hole through which an electrode extends out from the explosion-proof assembly is provided in the enveloping plate which is disposed on the top of the casing.

The detecting apparatus also comprises an elevator which can move the lithium ion cell into and out the detecting liquid within the container.

A water adhesive, being a hybrid solution containing gelatin, a water-soluble polymer and water, or comprising gelatin, a water-soluble polymer and water, is disclosed. The preparation method of the water adhesive and application of the water adhesive in manufacture of a positive plate of a lithium ion battery are also disclosed. The present invention has the following beneficial technical effects: The water adhesive with the above formulation can achieve a good coating effect; each ingredient is easily available, with a lower cost; the water adhesive can be prepared through simple steps, making the manufacture easy to implement, with broad prospects for industrial application.

The invention relates to a method for preparing multiple metal oxides and intermediate compound, i.e. spherical nickelous hydroxide which is lopped. The intermediate compound is prepared by: mixing bivalent nickel salt, cobalt salt, ammonia water and ammonium salt to form solution containing complex; then adding the said solution containing complex with the mixture solution of metal salt(s) and alkali into reaction vessel in parallel flow, stirring to form precipitate of spherical nickelous hydroxide which is dopped, and washing to remove the impurities. The resulting spherical nickelous hydroxide which is dopped, as an intermediate compound, can be used to produce multiple metal oxides. The resulting multiple metal oxides can be used as anode active material. The spherical nickelous hydroxide has advantages of uniform size and narrow size distribution. The multiple metal oxides has high electric conductivity and cycle performance, particularly, is suitable to be used as anode material.
