摘要: System, process and device configurations are provided for game environment customized generation of gaming music. A method can include detecting a gameplay location for a game environment of an electronic game and at least one environmental parameter for the gameplay location. Gaming music based may be updated based on the at least one environmental parameter to account for one or more of proximity to gaming objects and landscape descriptions for openness and enclosed spaces. Gameplay locations may be detected based on a mapping of the game environment for two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) mapping. Gaming music may be updated to adjust parameters for generating the gaming music based on emotional impact data of the location and direction of one or more objects in the gameplay location relative to a user character. Coordination of music and game environments may provide an immersive and intuitive sense of objects.

摘要: A method for graphics processing, wherein a graphics processing unit (GPU) resource is allocated among applications, such that each application is allocated a set of time slices. Commands of draw calls are loaded to rendering command buffers in order to render an image frame for a first application. The commands are processed by the GPU resource within a first time slice allocated to the first application. The method including determining at least one command has not been executed at an end of the first time slice. The method including halting execution of commands, wherein remaining one or more commands are not processed in the first time slice. A GPU configuration is preserved for the commands after processing a last executed command, the GPU configuration used when processing in a second time slice the remaining commands.

The stage or set may be a motion capture (MoCap) set with IR reflectors on the set and actors. The visible laser light does not interfere with the MoCap and allows a real world actor to visually understand where objects in a computer simulation are emulated to be.

A method can include detecting eye tracking data for at least one user during the presentation of the gaming content and determining a player engagement parameter for the gaming content based on the eye tracking data. Presentation of the gaming content may be updated using the player engagement parameter. Embodiments can include use of the player engagement parameter for one or more of identifying game play objects of interest, player engagement level, user effect of the gaming content, player type, player profiles and audio immersion preferences. The player engagement parameter can be used to update gaming content, audio output and control sound output for gaming content.

摘要: Device and process configurations are provided for game controllers. A game controller can include an input control sensor having an input surface and at least one optical sensor to detect input to the input surface. The game controller can also include a controller coupled to the input control sensor to receive game controller input, identify at least one input command, and output a control signal. Input control sensors allow for input based on one or more of touch, tap, swipe, press, pinch and joystick inputs to one or more surfaces of the controller. Input can include a pretouch relative to the input surface, the pretouch including input approaching the input surface and input prior to engagement with a surface. A game controller can present at least one reference point for an input control including illumination and use of a touch screen to detect one or more of heat and pressure.

A method can include detecting at least one game object in video data, wherein the at least one game object is a display element and determining a depth parameter for the at least one game object, wherein the depth parameter is a distance value of the at least one game object relative to at least one background display element for the video data. The video data may be output using the depth parameter for the at least one game object. Embodiments can create title specific data from analysis of rendered video data to determine modifications for adding depth and modifying rendering of titles. Depth determinations can include features to allow for different rendering styles and presentation in a three-dimensional format or by a headset. Processes and configurations are also provided for generating contextual information about game objects.

摘要: A video game player's upper body pose and/or motion can be used for controlling lower body motion of a game character. For example, arm swinging can translate to video game character running. Raising both hands above the user's head can translate to video game character jumping. Leaning to the left or right can translate to video game character movement in the left or right directions, respectively. Additionally, raising a single hand can translate to selecting a user interface button.
