    摘要: A method for automatically applying the optimal configuration for each of a plurality of games to run in a three-dimensional (3D) mode is provided. The method is executed by a computer device. The method includes the step of copying a first configuration file of the game from a first location to a third location in response to a request for one of the games to be launched in the stereoscopic 3D mode. The method further includes the step of overwriting the first configuration file stored in the first location with a second configuration file from a second location. The method further includes the step of causing the game to launch in the stereoscopic 3D mode. The second set of parameter settings is the optimal configuration for the game to run in the stereoscopic 3D mode.

    摘要: A server architecture and method for implementing online multi-player games are disclosed, the server architecture comprising regional servers, each of the regional servers having a designated region and configured to perform matchmaking for client devices based on the designated region. The server architecture further comprises a central data server configured to receive an identifier from a client device; select a regional server based on the identifier and the designated regions, and send a regional server ID of the selected regional server to the client device. Wherein the selected regional server is configured to receive from the central data server, player profile data associated with the identifier; and perform matchmaking by grouping the client device in an online play session with other client devices based on the designated region of the selected regional server.

    摘要: A state system providing version agnostic centralized state management can use node graphs corresponding to virtual entities to maintain a world state among any version of a video game. As states to virtual entities change, corresponding nodes of the node graph are updated in response to the state change to account for and store the state change. As a data structure referencing, associating, and/or corresponding to virtual entities themselves, the node graph can facilitate centralized state management for a video game in a version agnostic manner. Additionally, the state system is also configured to validate node dependencies of a node graph when a corresponding change in state of a corresponding virtual entity occurs during gameplay, to avoid and/or prevent game state errors.

The method includes ascertaining an occurrence of an event in a virtual environment associated with an AI character model; receiving a plurality of narratives associated with the AI character model; selecting, based on the event, a narrative from the plurality of narratives; determining, based on the selected narrative, behavioral settings; and applying the behavioral settings to the AI character model, thereby causing the AI character model to follow the narrative in interactions with a user in the virtual environment.
